Answer:	Yes really wrinkle free right out of the dryer and you can't believe how soft the material is. Just loved it. As far as the settings go on the washer just a normal wash with warm water then right into the dryer. My dryer has "less", "normal" or "more" for choices (not perm. press.) to dry, I always choose "more" because I want to dry fast and not keep the dryer going so long. Organic is nice if you want to avoid the exposure to chemicals used in the finishing process, though that exposure may be diminished by washing the sheets prior to first use.
