Answer:	Yes but as with any & all essential oils it should be mixed with a carrier oil. I add mine to an unscented lotion

Answer:	From my understanding, "therapeutic grade" is simply a marketing term. From this manufacturer 's website, it simply states that it is 100% pure essential oil, extracted from the plants included in the oil. With that being said, I absolutely love it and it's aroma has been far better than some of the oils I have purchased for my diffuser at various retail stores. It lasts a very long time and only a few drops are needed for it to fill a room. I hope this helps you!

Question:	I purchased the roll-on for my 2 year old. The oil is green and very strong scented. Is this normal? Also, the oil drips out of the roller
Answer:	this is normal. If your using it on the skin, I would suggest to dilute it some more until the smell is a little more tolerable. I took the roller off to use in a diffuser for my 7 yr old at night. I still only use about 4 to 5 drops per 120mL of water in the diffuser and the strong smell is cut down a little, but still there enough to help him sleep. He sleepwalks and has night terrors. Over the past couple of months it got worse to where it was every night and sometimes several times a night, Since using the oil in the diffuser and a calming oil on his feet and forehead (he says it keeps the bad dreams out of his head) and chest, he hasn't had ANY issues with sleeping for a week and a half now! Hope this helps!
Question:	The rollerball is stuck in the cap on the first opening . Tried to put it back , but it doesnt hold there. Happened to anyone

Question:	For aiding in sleep, which is more helpful, apply to the skin, or in a diffuser
Answer:	I made a night time rub with 2 -3 tbs coconut oil and 15 drops of nighty night. My son rubs it on his feet and chest and back of the neck about 20 minutes before bed. I also diluted a little 10 drops with about one and a half cups of water to spray his bed and room before tucking him in. I have not diffused this oil but have diffused lavender for him around an hour before bed. Everyone is different and some oils work better than others for different people. You may even find an oil combination works great and then doesn't anymore. I do believe, for my son, topically seems to work best. When in doubt, try both. Nighty night is so wonderfully aromatic you'll love to have it diffused!
Question:	Is this work for adult
Answer:	Yes, it does for me. I got it for my son but I use it sometimes too. The blend will work for any age. It is labeled for children because some oils blends used with adults can not be used in children under certain ages.
