Question:	How large is the tablet... my wife has trouble choking down the large ones. I take the men's version and she said they are way too big
Answer:	This one is very large and hard to take and is a beige greenish speckled in color. The vitamin for Women over 50 is smaller, and is pink. It doesn't have iron in it, though, if your wife needs iron. The pink one is my favorite. I can't swallow this larger beige speckled one.

Answer:	This one, you take one per day; the max potency recommendation is 3 per day, and has way more concentration. But overall, this one has more vitamin count per pill than the max potency. I would recommend this one, as you don't need to overdose on multivitamins.

Answer:	I'd suggest you compare both labels and see the amounts of each vitamin/mineral/fruits/veggies: some are lower as well as higher for women 50+ compared to this one. For example, less of vitamins A, C, E... But higher amount of calcium on the 50+.

Answer:	Hi Jinny-SmartyPants gummies have a pectin base (vs. a gelatin base). Our gummies will not melt in the heat, unlike a gelatin gummy that melts around 100ᴼF. However, we do not recommend a dramatic change in the temperature of the gummies repeatedly by, say, putting them in the fridge on and off - as repeated cycling of the temperature of a pectin piece will cause it to release moisture - not much - but enough to cause the pieces to stick together. Once received, our gummies are happy living in your fridge - though it has no effect on the potency if they don't - and its not a requirement, just something we learned some of our customers do to give them a firmer feel they prefer.
