Answer:	Use both! They serve two different purposes. Start with leaving a generous amount of the conditioning mask on your hair during your final rinse. If you're not madly in love with the result, use a little less the next time. Apply a tiny amount of the oil to the ends of your hair before you blow-dry, but don't get carried away here --- the last thing you want to do to the delicate tips is french-fry them. Smooth any stubborn post-dry flyaways with another small dot rubbed between your palms and fingertips.
Question:	can this product be used on relaxed hair
Answer:	You can surely use it! I've been using it since I relaxed my hair and damaged it. I leave it on as long as I can; a day or even two and then wash it off. My hair was feeing so dry and like straw and also breaking. This treatment has it feeling like real hair again. I'm super happy with it. I'm going to keep using it because I need this damaged hair to be decent until my natural hair grows back. Might be a long answer but I hope it helps!

Answer:	My hair is just like yours! I normally don't apply it near my roots, because they get greasy easily. Instead, I apply approximately from the ears down. If you find that it makes your hair oily, I recommend cutting it with a bit of regular conditioner to decrease the amount on argan oil going onto your hair.

Answer:	Baking soda and vinegar. Apply baking soda and rub into stain then pour vinegar on it. It should lift the stain, repeat if necessary.

Answer:	It is a good cleansing hair mask (to remove buildup on hair). To prepare and minimize the mess, you will need a quart-size bowl (preferable glass or wood - for easy cleaning); rubber/disposable gloves; plastic cap, and an applicator brush - optional. Depending on length and thickness; mine is shoulder length and thick - I use 3 tablespoons of the Aztec Clay with 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and 1 tablespoon of water. If you are hypersensitive, avoid vinegar (just use water). If you have longer hair, you can double this recipe. Blend with a small spatula, whisk, or fork to remove lumps. Take a small amount of dry hair and apply the product with an applicator brush or use your fingers - from roots to end of the hair. Move swiftly to apply on the entire head. Put on a plastic cap. Let stand for 15-30 minutes. Use warm water to wash out your hair. Take your time to ensure that you remove all the clay. You will feel the softness and see the revived curls! The Clay mask is clarifying so there is no need to use shampoo. You can apply your favorite conditioner. I recommend using this mask once a month.
Question:	How do I prevent it from forming clumps and get a smooth paste when using water
Answer:	I ended up using my hand mixer to get it smoothe lol, it worked like a charm. I also found if you're using apple cider vinegar instead of water it is easier to get a smooth mixture.

Question:	Is it too heavy for fine wavy hair
Answer:	I have extremely fine hair, and my curl stylist recommends I only use it once a week. But she did recommend it for me vs. other conditioners to heal my ends. I use pure harmony hairbath for shampoo.

Answer:	Yes! I have highlights and it works great! The thing to know about the innersense line is that you must clarify your hair first before shampoo/cond to get great results. I use Malibu undo goo then i use the hairbath for color treated hair then i use the mask. I always know if my hair doesn’t respond to conditioner 9/10 it’s because my hair isn’t really clean (clarified).

Answer:	I use this product in the winter as nighttime moisturizer so do not apply heavily. If used as a mask, I would rinse off with tepid water after 20 minutes and apply light moisturizer.

Answer:	I don't think so. I have a little redness and continue to have. What I love about this product, is I can use it every night.

Question:	Can this product be used on all hair types
Answer:	Yes. I am Caucasian with European ancestry and so my hair is course. I have done a keratin treatment, smoothing treatments, etc. I find that these types of hair care products make my hair more manageable and takes me less time to dry/iron/style. This product and the entire line worked very well for me. I was very happy with it.

Answer:	I think so. I don’t see that as an ingredient on the container so I’m thinking it doesn’t have it. I can’t speak for absolute certain.

Answer:	Hello. What I did was shampooed and condition then used the mask as instructed. I left the mask on for 10mins under a plastic cap then rinsed. I don’t use heat but you can blow dry then style.

Answer:	I am thinking some of the ones that are being received are a knock off. The one I have has the same ingredients as listed on the photo. It has Argania Spinosa Kernal Oil which is also known as Argan Oil. I did not get mine here. I received a sample from Ipsy and it is authenic with original ingredients.
