Question:	I may potentially take this projector overseas. I notice the device is 110-220V. What is the frequency (50/60hz?) and plug for this product
Answer:	It is in fact 100-240 V 50-60hz, the frequency is not a concern as the internal power supply will adapt accordingly to the voltage and frequency.It comes with the standard US cord plug, but it is probably easy to find a proper generic power cord traveler adapter in the country you are going to.

Answer:	Specifications list the projection distance as 3.3' (1.0 m) ~ 33.8' (10.3 m)
Question:	Does this model have a ceiling projector mount? There do not appear to be holes on the top
Answer:	The holes are on the bottom of the projector. There are (3) of them. The projector hangs upside down and it automatically detects that it is upside down and flips the picture. It does not come with the actual mount. I bought a cheap universal one from monoprice

Answer:	Hi, We apologize for this misleading and all the specifications had been updated in March 2018. （ For more details about the explanation, you can visit our campaign on the Kickstarter, update #23. ) All the marketing materials including the specs table and FAQ section on our official website, the product package and promotional brochures were updated since the early 2018.  Before the production of the Kickstarter rewards, we attempted to use the 500mW 445nm blue laser generator for the laser engraving module. Only after communicating with the supplier did we realize that the supply of the 500mW 445nm blue laser generators was unstable. Also, we contacted all the suppliers we know and tested their 500mW 445nm blue laser generators, none of the supplied blue laser generators met our requirements, so the production of the laser engraving modules can’t be relied on this type of laser generators. After testing the 200mW 405nm blue-violet laser generator, we were sure that the 200mW 405nm blue-violet laser generator met the requirements of our original specs. To replace the 500mW 445nm blue laser generators, our team decided to use use the 200mW 405nm blue-violet laser generator which has similar results as the 500mW 445nm blue laser generator does. Though the value of the power is reduced, we need to emphasize that the laser engraving module we sent you has the same results as the prototype we showed you during the Kickstarter campaign and early advertising. Question:	Can I use a Bluetooth speaker with my cell phone or laptop at the same time as the projector
Answer:	Yes. It has a setting on the menu to reverse the picture, which would make it look right when rear projected.
Question:	Can this projector be used outside
Answer:	BEWARE! Their tech support will claim that there is a "zoom" function, but this is only an aspect ratio selection. There is no zoom (optical or digital.) You have to move the projector to change the screen size.
Question:	How do I make the projected image bigger. Do I have to put the projector further back from my projector screen to get a bigger image
Answer:	Not really. I wanted to show the pictures from my phone. It does not work, as it won't connect via USB cable. You need to purchase an another Micro USB to HDMI cable which the company does not provide/tell/show. Ok. that would be ok, although for $85 it should be included. Those cables are 0.25 in china. Then the Firestick does not work because once plugged in, there is no way to connect the USB cable which provides power to the Firestick. So you need to run an another cable, to an another USB source and then you can power your Firestick. Amazing how they came up with a great idea and ruined it with cheap and bad design. The USB cable that comes with your phone should be used to connect the phone, there is zero need to involve the HDMI port. Also if they would have moved the USB port about 1/2" apart, you could power up your Firestick from the device, but no, they put it within 1/16th of an inch, so the Firestick covers the USB port more then halfway. Great idea, bad execution.
