It helps to promote sleep by lowering anxiety and promoting relaxation) Amen to that, it does do that! Rutaecarpine 100 mg ( It claims to speed up the metabolism of caffeine at night to remove caffeine from your body.) Inositol (anxiety and insomnia and a gazillion other things) 100 mg Melatonin 0.5 (this helps set your day/night rhythm. I find it interesting that they use the minimum does. Doses go from 0.5 to 10 mg now. Less is more it would seem.)

Answer:	They are right, snoring is very serious. My husband FINALLY got a sleep study done. He stopped breathing over 60 times a minute. That is every minute! Chin straps didn't work. Cpap works like a charm and I have a new person with energy! Sleep apnea killed Reggie White, a Defensive End with the Green Bay Packers. He was 6 Ft 5 inches, 300 lbs. Age 43.
