Answer:	As long as you're getting enough protein from various sources, supplementing with any whey protein isolate will help with overall muscle gains as well as soreness. For example: my husband is drinking one shake a day made with this product and he is building lean muscle quickly (like hes nearly ripped after 7 weeks, ridiculously fast!). Though he is a beast and his body type has a lot to do with the way he builds muscle. I however, am drinking a different brand whey protein isolate (because I cant stand the sucrose taste of Dymatize). I am building lean muscle as well, but I am a woman. My body is more susceptible to storing fat. At the end of the day, there are a ton of really good protein options out there, people should enjoy their supplementation which is why taste is so important.

It's called customer satisfaction. If you aren't satisfied with a product, for whatever reason, and the return policy guarantees your satisfaction, then you have the right to return it. How many people order food in a restaurant, and it isn't to their liking, it was cooked wrong (like asking for a medium rare burger and getting well done), or just didn't enjoy it? They tell the server, and just about 100% of the time, they are offered another dish or a refund. Yet protein powders shouldn't come with the...um guarantee that the main page of this product promises? Plus, this is Amazon. They have about the most liberal return policy imaginable. Look, me personally? I am with Serge Stiles in that if a protein powder, meal replacement, or other edible supplement tastes really bad, I suck it up and eat/drink it anyway. So long as it's healthy. Answer:	i use one scoop to about 8 ounces of almond milk with frozen fruit and 1/2 cup yogurt sometimes i add little plain water to help with mixing hope this helps

Answer:	Why are people ganging up on the OP asking the question? There is a reason that most retail companies selling on Amazon and why Amazon themselves have return policies. It's called customer satisfaction. If you aren't satisfied with a product, for whatever reason, and the return policy guarantees your satisfaction, then you have the right to return it. How many people order food in a restaurant, and it isn't to their liking, it was cooked wrong (like asking for a medium rare burger and getting well done), or just didn't enjoy it? They tell the server, and just about 100% of the time, they are offered another dish or a refund. Yet protein powders shouldn't come with the...um guarantee that the main page of this product promises? Plus, this is Amazon. They have about the most liberal return policy imaginable. Look, me personally? I am with Serge Stiles in that if a protein powder, meal replacement, or other edible supplement tastes really bad, I suck it up and eat/drink it anyway. So long as it's healthy. Ha! Anyone who thinks these newfangled supplements taste bad, I would love to put you in a time machine and have you drink some of the most vile and disgusting tasting protein powders you can imagine! One level tablespoon of protein powder holds 15 grams" So 2 level tablespoons would be 30 grams. A level teaspoon would be 5 grams, since there are 3 teaspoons in a tablespoon. A 1/2 teaspoon would be 2.5 grams. So you would need 2 level tablespoons and a 1/2 teaspoon.

Answer:	Won't ship to Austin, TX on 9-22-2015. Odd, because I've ordered this 2 or 3 times in the past with no problems whatsoever.

Answer:	September 1, 2018. However, expiration date is irrelevant. It does not change the fact that the new formula cheats customers with less protein and creatine per container. They also should not call it whey isolate since they added calories and disgusting fillers.
