Answer:	Unfortunately the best way to wash a 100% silk is by hand, And then rolled in a towel. After that it should be hung to dry .Keeping in mind it should be submerged In water and solution for the least amount of time as possible... According to the Internet, you could use a vinegar and water solution to restore shine. Certainly it should be spot tested first. I used Lily silk on sheets that were half cotton half silk and was not impressed. I believe your best bet is to use a shampoo with real amino acids and silk proteins. Hope this helps.

Answer:	A little goes a long way, if the floor feels sticky then too much was used. Just a light squirt and a damp mop. you will not feel any residue it you do not use too much.

Answer:	It works just as described-I love mine. Use to foot pedal to wring the mop as damp or dry as you want. Pull the mop head off and put in washer (I use bleach) and it comes out like new. I've had mine for at least 6 months, my mom (80 plus years old) got one as well and she loves hers--no more stooping over the mop bucket wringing out dirty water.

Answer:	I have 6 dogs including 4 mastiffs which are all over 209 lb and all live indoors! This mop is awesome! They trudge mud and dirt all over and I mop constantly and hard. It has held up great. I mop every day, several times a day and additional times for spills, puke and accidents. I also use it on my walls for mud smears from the dogs and mastiff slobber. I do have to replace the bucket part after a year as the ringer pedal has gotten wore out and is not working well anymore but for 30 bucks...no problem!

Answer:	Just like any damp or wet material or mop, it will only pick up things like hairs (and particles) when it's moved across the floor/counter/etc in one direction, then *stopped* and picked up. At that point the damp thing could be rinsed off and the hair would come with it (or picked off from things like sponge mops). If instead the damp item is just rubbed back and forth along the surface, some hair/particles will cling but some will be redeposited on the floor. Answer:	Mine arrived in the summer in a similar "frozen" form. I didn't heat it in any way; but, yes, a serious "man"-shaking is required to get it into a more integrated, still-thick, but pour- or squeeze-able form. Its state is a good indicator that the product is in fact wax and oil, and not water-based.
Question:	Will this get rid of beverage rings on an oak table
Answer:	I recommend Howard Orange Oil. It cleans wood items fantastically well, and I prefer it to Murphy's Oil Soap. I have all three products and the Orange Oil cleans and shines so well that I don't bother with the Feed N Wax most times. If I could only have one product to use with wood furniture and antiques I would choose the Orange Oil, but both it and the Feed N Wax are excellent products. I completely rejuvenated a depression era walnut buffet server, an old floor standing radio and a dried out and filthy butcher block style maple work bench with Orange Oil. It cleans better than Murphy's Oil Soap (or any other product I have ever used) and is absorbed by dry wood better than the Feed N Wax. It works wonders on old tool handles as well, such has hammers, axes, and shovels. And as a bonus, it cleans rust off the tools really well too.
