Answer:	In short, Extreme Chocolate tastes and mixes better if you don't mind the extra 0.5g of fat and extra ingredients. I bought both flavors and tried exactly 1 scoop in 7 ounce of water each. I mixed both with a cup and spoon and mixing the Extreme Chocolate took only a few seconds with very little effort. The other took about 3 minutes to desolve as much as the other. I tried book side by side and the double chocolate tasted so watered down and a bit bitter that I need to force myself to drink it. Then, I drank the Extreme chocolate and the drink was smooth and sweet. FINALLY, a protien shake I could drink with pleasure. Hoped that helps you and others reading this!

Question:	has this whey ever been heated or pasturized? if so how is it undentured
Answer:	It originates from Germany. We looked at several grass fed hormone free proteins from the United States, including ones from California but since rBST and rBGH usage in the United States is legal, so US Farmers self certify their products to be hormone free. When we compared the taste of each protein and the one we chose from Germany, the German product just tasted cleaner. So, because the product tasted cleaner and because the use of artificial hormones is against the law in Germany, we chose the German product.
Question:	Why is the amount of protein per scoop unusually low
Answer:	The only change is we are not using lecithin derived from Sunflower versus soy and we changed the serving size from 1.5 scoops to 1 scoop, that is it. It is still certified grass fed, hormone free, and antibiotic free.
