I originally thought it would be better placement having the rear speakers closer to the "observer" (at ear level) however my experience has taught me having them mounted higher and farther (while still firing straight and towards the observer) makes a better atmosphere when viewing movies. |

| Answer: | I bought this from Walmart, but is the same model: SB3651-E6. The subwoofer is wireless. That meas the soundbar is hooked to the TV via HDMI, optical audio or, regular audio wires. The subwoofer is wireless, which saves you the trouble of running wire across the room. The rear speakers are wired to the subwoofer, which means yo can place the sub on the side of the room or the back so it can feed the rear speakers. Hopefully I was able to answer your question. |

| Answer: | I had the same problem. You have it set to Energy Saver ON. When no sound is present for a few minutes it will turn the sound bar and Sub Off. Using the Remote, click on the Options button then arrow up or down till you see Energy Saver YES/NO. Select NO. The Sound Bar will not turn off till you turn it off. I thought there was a problem with the unit till I found it on the remote. |
