Answer:	The chocolate is my favorite flavor, followed by the cafe latte. I don't find it to be too sweet. I am lactose-intolerant, so this is my "chocolate milk". The PP shakes don't upset my stomach.

Answer:	My personal favorites are caramel, vanilla cafe latte and banana in that order. Pumpkin spice was also tasty in small quantities (I've piecemealed my order since October). Peaches and cream and strawberries and cream were just okay but based on smell and their sacrine sweet taste i felt like i was drinking something akin to a scented candle. As for the choco varieties, i have yet to find a chocolate protein shake i like, this was no different. Yuck! Im not a fan of cinnamon so i skipped cinnamon roll all together.

Answer:	Milk protein and lactose are two different things. A person with lactose intolerance can still have milk protein. Milk protein is a protein and lactose is a sugar. The ingredients indicate only 1g of sugar, but list sucralose. Sucralose is a sugar, so this is where the 1g of sugar is coming from. Ensure Max Protein drinks also list 1g of sugar with sucralose listed as a sugar and it is suitable for lactose intolerance individuals. I have not had the Premier Protein shakes, but I've had the Ensure Max with no problems and I am lactose intolerant.

Answer:	The label on the whey protein powder indicates that one scoop (47g) is one serving and the container (32 ounces) yields 17 servings per container. Generic recipe on the container says "Mix 1 scoop with 6-8 ounces of water, juice, or milk..... if mixed with 6 ounces, the yield for the whole container would be about 8 by my calculations - if mixed with 8 ounces of liquid, it would fill more 11 ounce bottles. Answer:	Whey concentrate is not solely comprised of proteins, it contains other substances like fats/sugars/etc. Thus, of the 31g of Whey Concentrate there exists 23g of protein + 8g of other, useful, macronutrients. If you want more protein go for whey isolate, it is further processed to increase protein concentration. This is done at the expense of ridding the supplement of other macronutrients(sugars/fats).

Answer:	Per the WW app it is 3 points. 2 points for the regular ones. That’s on the blue and green plan. Not sure about the purple since oats are a whole grain

Answer:	It kept me a little bit over level because I consumed this at night after working out. It was quick and easy. I usually at a banana or mixed it with lactose free milk. By itself mixed in water, in my opinion it’s not a heavy hitter if you’re really serious in your workouts! If you deadlift, do a lot of cross training, bench press, squat, and so forth, 70 grams of carbs won’t cut it. Also, people are different. If you’re gaining the necessary amount of nutrients (carbs and proteins) through the day, this might work. For instance, if you need about 300 grams of carbs, I would make sure I’m around 230 grams or higher when I workout. Also I would eat a carb loaded meal 2-3 hours before my workout cause your body’s gonna burn it. If you burn 40 grams of carbs during your workout, you’re only gaining 30 carbs when you take this cause you got to replace what you lost. So your cabs must be adequate. Something like Serious Mass has around 254 carbs. So of course, you’ll see more gains. It all depends on your diet. Oatmeal, sweet potatoes, rice, and wheat bread was all I ate. I saw gains when I mixed this with milk (only when I was meeting my calorie intake).

Answer:	I went with the isolate because it has fewer additives - which met my weight loss requirements. I think the plain protein is more for building muscle.

Answer:	Well the main difference is it's just the highest level of pure protein without the lactose or fat or cholesterol. That is separated during the micro filtration. I eat enough cheese a and grass fed milk so I don't need more of that. The amino acid profile is about the same for both products. Also the isolate just goes straight to your muscles so it's best to try to work out so it can do it's job and repair your tissue making it stronger. I will try to list the amino acid profile below.
