Answer:	Yes the atkins shakes are gluten free
Question:	Does this product have dairy
Answer:	This is an old question but someone reading this may get the wrong information. These are NOT lactose free. I am lactose intolerant and hoped I could tolerate these shakes, but I cannot. I tried both the vanilla and the mocha, and I couldn't get through half of either without feeling the effects. I wish they would make a lactose free version.
Question:	Is this or the nitro tech one better
Answer:	The price has doubled over the last several weeks (4 - 4pks per case- 12 drinks), and I am looking for cheaper options elsewhere. I would not pay 32.89 for a case of 12 at this time. hope that answers your question
Question:	Is this a pre workout or post workout
Answer:	Absolutely, this makes a great creamer. I've been using this as a substitute for cream for over a yr. now. As with most things, it is a preference, but I now like it better than cream. It is certainly lower in calories. It also has a good body in the coffee. I love the French Vanilla plain, so using in coffee is a win for me. I accidentally purchased a chocolate flavor and it wasn't bad.
