To quickly test the warmer just roll it up, set the controller to 'high' temperature setting, let it heat for a few minutes, but not more than 10. Then test the heat level by inserting your hand or arm in the center of the warmer. Please remember that the temperatures are set for extended contact with sensitive human skin.

My table warmer stopped working?

Make sure that the power outlet on the wall is working. Then double check the heating pad as described above. If no heat is present the wires in your warmer got kinked or a power surge fried the overheat safety circuit in your warmer. Answer:	No. This heating pad operates off of 120 V AC residential outlets. To use in a car, you would need an inverter and then one with a high load rating.

Answer:	I use this pad in a homemade, insulated dog house in Utah winters. The cord and connection are protected from the elements and chewing. Labs, collies and similar dogs already wear a coat to help keep them warm. I don’t understand the need for a indoor heating pad for a breed like these. Most larger dogs can tolerate winters. There’s nothing cruel about a dog sleeping outside on most winter nights (wolves, coyotes and foxes in dirt dens manage just fine). However, as a rule of thumb, I bring my dog into the garage on single digit nights just for piece of mind.

My main reason for purchasing was because I own a Blackstone Griddle and wanted to know the different temps on the grill top. I have however used it to measure the heat on the outside of my brick house. In the summer the sun shines directly on the front brick and it gets very hot to the touch. Answer:	It's two feet from the pad to the controller. From the controller to the pad is six feet. Eight feet in total.
Question:	what is the temp. some one said around 142 degrees is that correct
Answer:	No idea on the exact temperature, but the highest setting (5) is maybe about as warm as the lowest setting on a common heating pad. I doubt it reaches 142°F, but have no way to measure it. While I am keeping mine, I can't imagine ever using the lower settings (1-4), which seem pretty useless if you really want to warm your feet. The high setting just barely makes it for me. Obviously, this is all up to the user to determine if it's adequate.

Answer:	The cord from the pad to the controller is 2 feet long. From the controller to the plug, it is 6 feet long. Total of 8 feet.

Answer:	It could but you would either need to use only one side (face or tail side) or you will need to cut the filler strip down to the door width. It’s a thin piece of wood/plastic that inserts between the front and back...made to cover the hollow gap created after you cut the hole. Hope that helps.

Answer:	I ordered these sheets and they DID NOT fit my table that is 73x28. They were too big. I don't see how they would fit a 26 inch wide table snuggly (as someone answered) if they were too big for a 28" wide.
