In this case, none of the ingredients contain lead, yet the manufacturing process exposed one or more of the ingredients to lead

Answer:	Vitamin K is not included in Life Extension Mixes or One/Two-Per-Day products as some individuals have restrictions on their vitamin K intake due to medication use (i.e. Coumadin, warfarin, etc.). Answer:	that is a very general question because it depends on how intensive heat was, and for how long. I receive LEF newsletters and saw this advertised in the latest one. It does 'not' contain iron, thankfully. You're wise to avoid iron after 50 unless tested and found deficient. But you can rest assured that this does not contain iron. It contains Vit's A, B (specifically B1, B2, Niacin, B6, Folate (methyltetrahydrofolate form), B12 methylcobalamin form, biotin (pantothenic acid) , C, D, E, Iodine, magnesium, zinc, selenium, chromium (as Crominex 3), molybdenum, inositol, alpha lipoic acid, marigold extract (great for eye health), apigenin, boron, lycopene.
