Answer:	Any cardio is going to impact the way you gain weight. I was using this product and eating clean whole foods while going for a run on off days in between lift days. Within 3 -4 weeks I had went from 176lbs to 185lbs. The key is to lift heavy. Do big sets of small reps. You may also want to try and squeeze two full servings in one day of Serious Mass. At first I could only hold down one but by the end of the cycle I could easily put down two a day. I use 2-3 scoops at a time and it's the same as eating a big meal (which would cost me more than $2). At that rate, there are 40-60 servings in the bucket of meal replacements.
