Question:	Is one serving actually enough? I heard you need 10g of BCAA before workout. One serving only has 1g
Answer:	2.5 grams of leucine is the proven amount needed to trigger protein synthesis. That's 5g total or 10 pills. I'm not sure why the doses on these are so small but I figure if an 80 pound asian girl needs 2.5g of leucine then going with more BCAAs would probably serve you better. That's an insane amount of pills but this is to avoid using the powder that stinks and tastes awful. Obi Obadike recommends 10g of BCAA pre and post Workout. 20g of BCAAs is 40 pills!

I don't eat them in the normal bro-science fashion, but the popular bro-science states 5g bcaa pre- post- and maybe even intra-workout, and if you follow that bro-science, 100g has 20 servings (100/5). ANSWER: CHINA. It seems many of their products are from China, which I guess explains the good prices. I'll grit my teeth and pay higher prices and stay away from supplements from China.

Question:	Obviously meant to replace a pre-workout. Wouldn't dare add to one. How does it compare to top pre-workouts

Answer:	Yes to all of them except the watermelon flavor - it uses beet powder for color.

Answer:	I really enjoy the "orange cooler" flavor. It has a rather smooth taste after it completely dissolves (which does take a bit of stirring to accomplish).
Question:	What is the best flavor
Answer:	I like Blue Raspberry but the only other flavor I've tried is the Iced Mocha, which also tastes very good, but I first tried it with coconut milk and I added collagen protein powder and I drank this 3 times that day and felt ill that evening, not sure why, but I've found that the iced mocha tastes just as good with water than it does in milk. And the water seems to go easier with my digestion and it doesn't make me feel ill. I don't put but a scoop of either of these in my water at a time though, but I'm 60 yrs young so I try not to over do energy drinks, but I sure do like them! Also, this type doesn't make my muscles sting like some energy pre-workout powders do, so I really like that a lot.
