I'm not sure why the doses on these are so small but I figure if an 80 pound asian girl needs 2.5g of leucine then going with more BCAAs would probably serve you better. That's an insane amount of pills but this is to avoid using the powder that stinks and tastes awful. Obi Obadike recommends 10g of BCAA pre and post Workout. 20g of BCAAs is 40 pills!
