Question:	Sciatica. for those that are using this for this nightmare. may i ask where you are putting the pads? which setting? any help would be much appreciate
Answer:	I put one pad on the back of my leg, slightly off center about 4 inches below my butt, where the sciatic nerve is. The second pad is placed right over the bine in my butt. I use the kneading setting on 2 ton3 ish for 70 mins several times a day or when the pain hit's. You're right. Its a nightmare pain.

Each mode is a minor variation on low intensity ramping to high then pause and repeat. Adjusting the power is a lot of clicking! And some times it's too low but just one click and it's too high, there's no in between. I have no idea why this has such high reviews. If you've used a tens 7000 you're going to find yourself disappointed in this.

Pads need to seal flush with the skin, air gaps caused by hair, joints, wrinkles etc. will cause the pad to arc, sending a shock ( or bite ). Pads that have lost adhesive ability will also cause “biting”. And..be sure you area you are padding is completely dry before applying the jel or pad. Hope this helps

Question:	How long electrode gel pads last
Answer:	It depends on which ones you get. My unit came with 1 package of 4. They lasted about 3 to 4 uses. (But I will have them on all day) If you buy more gel pads, get the brand that comes in your kit. The cheaper ones tend to be very sticky and the gel comes off on your hands and leaves a residue on your body. They don’t last as long.
Question:	My unit worked great the day that it arrived and has not worked since. When I put it on and attempt to adjust the intensity above zero, it powers off
Answer:	Hello Taurean, I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with the InTENSity At Home Device. I am going to run through a few suggested troubleshooting options for you, then offer you our Customer Therapy Support line for more trouble shooting and warranty options. We want to make this right for you. 1. When plugging in the lead wires to channel 1 and/or 2, make sure that they are fully pushed down. The post of the plug should be all the way in. 2. Make sure the Pins of the lead wires are fully pushed into the pig tail connector of the lead wires. No bare metal should be visible. 3. Electrodes should be placed a minimum of 2" apart and a maximum or 6" 4. Make sure the skin where your pads are being placed is clean and free of oils, lotions and excess hair. These will limit the pads from making a full connection and closing the circuit. If the circuit is not "closed" the device does have a safety feature that will shut it off to prevent injury.
