Answer:	One of the long sides has a thin half circle sticking out of the middle. The side that has this is the side where your shoulders and the rest of your body will rest. The straight side will be towards the top of your head. If you lie on your back, with the button in the center of the pillow at the center of the back of your head, then that little half circle should be under the place where your neck meets your back. Then you would have one "wing" on either side of your head as you rest on your back. If you then roll left or right to sleep on your side, make sure your cheek is over the thickest part of the 'wing', and that little half circle will be behind your neck. I think it's much more comfy and plush than this description makes it sound. If you have time, check out the pictures on the site again after you read this.
