Answer:	The E5 error means that the pulse is not significant enough to get a reading. Don’t be afraid to wrap the cuff on your bicep snug - like a pair of socks. It will not over tighten during its testing. You should also have the arm you’re testing resting unbent on a table/desk above your heart. Hope this helps!

How to charge?

Answer:	The decimal points come from a blood pressure measurement called kPa. I think most of us in the US use mmHg. In order to reset that measurement, you have to reset your machine. Open the battery cover, then go through the set up stage slowly. You are not only setting up the date. At one point, you will see kPa in super-tiny letters. If you press "Mem," that will change to mmHg. Press set.

Answer:	They can be due to narrower arteries at the wrist, that are also closer to the skin, than theu are in the upper arm. Best to take your wrist monitor to Dr office and take a reading to compare to theirs.

Answer:	So, do you take your monitor to Drs office to check? BP & heart rate vary as you know depending on activity. In Drs office, there's always white coat syndrome, so you may read a bit higher than at home. Wrist monitors, like mine as well, will give the Dr an estimate of your readings to make an educated decision regarding med changes if needed. I keep a log. Take my BP 3x daily w/ heart rate. Those reading caused my Dr to lower my BP meds. I've been doing great since! So don't worry about the fluctuations between your readings and the Drs. Also, check your batteries. May be getting low. Question:	This is a pos. i have spent hours with nothing but e4 errors. tried everything possible. buy at your own risk
Answer:	I did not experience e4 errors, but did find this unit to be terribly inaccurate so purchased the table model with arm cuff and it is much more accurate. I have found that transferring readings to my iPhone from either unit isn't the most straightforward process, but they do always eventually get transferred.

Answer:	No electrical cord. I am an RN & this is the best BP cuff (when used correctly) that I have used in 40 years. It is accurate & easy. Know where your radial pulse is so you place it correctly & place arm (& hand) as directed. Once you do this correctly every BP taken will be easy & correct.

Answer:	I haven't had an X, but I have an iPhone 11 and the app works just fine. However, there doesn't seem to be anything that indicates it's actually downloading. In fact, the app just appears to be doing nothing, but after a couple of minutes I disconnect and the download is in the app. Weird, but it works.

Answer:	This wrist cuff is not accurate at all in any circumstances. I found it consistently read high compared to my omron arm cuff. I talked with my doctor and she informed me that wrist cuffs are not as accurate as arm cuffs. The wrist cuffs are convenient but it appears they give false readings. Mine constantly told me I was in hypertension crisis and to go to the er immediately. I then used my arm cuff and found my bp to be perfectly normal. I'd discuss with your doctor to find what works best for you.

Answer:	Hi, it is the best practice is to check your blood pressure twice a day, morning and evening. Or folow your doctor's recommendation.

Answer:	Yes except where the meter sits on your inner wrist. It is a good deal for the price. It is accurate because I asked my primary care provider to check it for me. I have a heart condition and accuracy is the most important thing when purchasing. The one I bought before this one was way off. Which gave me a false sense of my condition.

How to apply the cuff correctly?



1. Wrap the wrist cuff securely around your wrist. Do not apply the cuff over clothing.



2. Wrap the cuff around whichever wrist is easier to apply to, however, because measurement values vary between the right and left wrists,

make sure to always measure on the same side.



3. Position the cuff leaving a clearance of about 1-1.5cm (1/2 inch) between the cuff and the bottom of your palm.



4. The display needs to be on your inner wrist, as your pulse is strongest there. The monitor has a sensor behind the display that takes the reading

by recording your pulse.



5. For the most accurate reading, put your elbow in a relaxed but supported position on table and align your wrist with your heart at same level, then turn the monitor on to take a reading.

Note: You can use the carrying/storage case for wrist support.

1. The measurements can be affected by the position of the user, his or her physiologic condition, and other factors, so drinking alcohol or coffee, eating, smoking, exercising and bathing

in 30 minutes should be avoided before you take a measurement.



2. Before measurement, sitting quietly for 15 minutes as measurements taken during a relaxed state will have greater accuracy.
