Answer:	I see this is 2 months old now, but on a lot of fans like these, the speed of the fans determine the power the LEDs get. If they run for a while at start up and then go out, it could mean your mother board is slowing down the fan speed. I have a set of Apevia fans right now, and the LEDs won't light at all below 15% fan speed, and don't hit full brightness until about 20% speed. You could see if you have a "silent mode" enabled. When your system starts up it runs full blast for a couple of seconds until the preferences are loaded up.

Question:	I have a Soleus portable a/c that requires that the hose fit on a rectangular plate with a 6-in. opening. Will this hose screw into the plate
Answer:	I looked up that brand of A/C and it seems like it looks like my A/C. I have a Haier portable A/C and this product should work with the one you have. It’s about a 6in opening on this rectangular plate. However it doesn’t doesn’t screw in. It comes with 2 options for the hose both of which sort of snap in. The product literally comes with the plate set, a new hose, the screws, mini screwdriver, and 2 options for the hose to attach to the plate. The opening on the plate it about 6in and sort of an elongated oval. I hope this helps!

Question:	Descr. shws "window opening ... max is 38 in." but also shows "...max 59 inches." will the sliding pieces extend beyond 38 in. my opening is 45 in
Answer:	Descr. offers 3 panels x 20in (20 ×3 = 60in - minimum panel overlap for full extension). You may need to maneuver with all 3 panels but you should be ok. Another challenge is to make sure that the old hose is not smaller than this one. Even a slightly larger hose replacement can lower the efficiency of your unit significantly.

Answer:	It will twist into the unit. You won’t have to buy a coupling to hold the hose on.
Question:	I see conflicting measures it says it extends to 62 inches and then says the opening of the window is max 38”. Which is correct
Answer:	Not sure if it will go up to 62. Definitely more than 38. Mine was used in a 36" window and could have gone much wider.

Answer:	I have a vent cap with a large grid from a former set that happened to fit. I also vent out through a piece of metal screen for the more wiley critters... LOL!

Answer:	I would say it could, but most electric dryers are set up for 4 in hose. I bought this hose for my portable air conditioner as it was set up to have a 5 inch hose conection.
