How to charge?

Answer:	The E5 error means that the pulse is not significant enough to get a reading. Don’t be afraid to wrap the cuff on your bicep snug - like a pair of socks. It will not over tighten during its testing. You should also have the arm you’re testing resting unbent on a table/desk above your heart. Hope this helps!

Answer:	It appears to very accurate. My husband is very pleased with the unit. It is a small company who sells this and their customer service is excellent. My husband has to monitor his blood pressure 2 times a day and the last unit he had was very inaccurate. The only way you can really tell how accurate it is would be to take it on you next Dr. appointment and compare the readings to their bp monitor in the Dr. office. We haven't done it yet with this unit but we had to do it with the other unit we had because the readings were not consistent. It is easy to use too.

Answer:	I think of raw coconut oil as a skin softener rather than a skin cleaner. I would wash with a mild facial soap and then apply coconut oil.

Answer:	It shows heart rate, at the bottom of the screen where it identified by PUL (for pulse rate.) It does not give oxygen level.

Answer:	Hi Dewey, this Blood Pressure Monitor may fit a child depending on their size but this Blood Pressure Cuff is designed specifically for adults and to accomodate the wide range of adult sizes so we wouldn't recommend it's use on children. Our large cuff is able to fit upper arm size 9" - 17". Measure your upper arm with a cloth tape to ensure the best fit. XL cuff for upper arm size 9"-21" is available and sold separately, search for DrKea BP Cuff on Amazon.

2. How will I know if my readings are in or out of range?

There is a blood pressure level indicator on the left side of the screen. Refer to page 15 in the instruction manual for WHO Standard Blood Pressure Values.

3. Why does my blood pressure fluctuate?

It's normal for your blood pressure to vary from day to day, within range of 20mmHg up or down. It’s also common for it to be higher or lower at the doctor’s office. Be sure to discuss your results with your doctor.

Question:	Would readings be higher taken on the wrist vs standard upper arm
Answer:	They can be due to narrower arteries at the wrist, that are also closer to the skin, than theu are in the upper arm. Best to take your wrist monitor to Dr office and take a reading to compare to theirs.
Question:	Manufacturer: why readings much lower than the dr. office? not even close! is there a setting to adjust this
Answer:	So, do you take your monitor to Drs office to check? BP & heart rate vary as you know depending on activity. In Drs office, there's always white coat syndrome, so you may read a bit higher than at home. Wrist monitors, like mine as well, will give the Dr an estimate of your readings to make an educated decision regarding med changes if needed. I keep a log. Take my BP 3x daily w/ heart rate. Those reading caused my Dr to lower my BP meds. I've been doing great since! So don't worry about the fluctuations between your readings and the Drs. Also, check your batteries. May be getting low.
