Answer:	If used with the power adapter you get the highest lumen output which is the way I preffer to use it. You can power it off 1 or 2 usb to change the power output. The quality of the signal is the same on USB2 or 3 but the error rate will. Be higher on usb2 if watching fast action movies. I primarily use it for business power points and picture slide shows. There may be a better solution from other vendors if you are looking for a portable movie setup. 200 lumens and above will give you clearer blacks and higher contrast and colors that pop.I am satisfied with this unit for what I use it for.

Answer:	It is in fact 100-240 V 50-60hz, the frequency is not a concern as the internal power supply will adapt accordingly to the voltage and frequency.It comes with the standard US cord plug, but it is probably easy to find a proper generic power cord traveler adapter in the country you are going to.

Answer:	The holes are on the bottom of the projector. There are (3) of them. The projector hangs upside down and it automatically detects that it is upside down and flips the picture. It does not come with the actual mount. I bought a cheap universal one from monoprice

Answer:	You will need a ceiling mount made for this particular model. But beware, this thing is heavy, so modifications to your mount may have to be made.

Answer:	Hi I have a similar but not exact Acer model- a V6820i. I had similar problems when using an external switcher- I need to have multiple inputs and need to extract 5.1 audio from the HDMI. One of the switchers I had did this, and I returned it and got a new one. Is this your situation- an external switcher? Another possibility is your HDMI cable. It may be unable to handle the full data rate of the Xbox. If your cable is a cheap one and over 8 feet or so this could be your problem. If it is a really long cable it could certainly be the problem. I have a 25 foot run to a ceiling-mounted projector and use a fiberoptic active HDMI cable and it works great. In summary, your problem may not be the projector, it may be how you are sending your signal to it.
