Answer:	18 x 24 might fit a sweathshirt, but probably not a jacket.
Question:	are these bags flat at the bottom or rounded
Answer:	Yes, it's big enough to put a cowboy hat, thanks!
Question:	Are these bags scalloped at the top allowing you to tie the scalloped flaps to close the bag? How are they closed
Answer:	If you count wreath's height(says X") + width (says 18") together, that means you need bag's width bigger than 18+X inches, I think 18"x24" bag is NOT big enough to store it. Thanks.
Question:	How long do these take to ship
Answer:	They feel like regular garbage bags they are thick and can hold heavy items without breaking. I would not recommend them for regular recycling like bottles and cans that would be overkill in my opinion. I purchased them to throw away heavy metal tools.
