Answer:	The dimensions are 13” x 15” on the top. The 15 inches are from handle to handle. The dimensions on the bottom are 10 1/2” x 12 1/2”

I know the dimensions the way they were written are sort of confusing and unclear and on many other websites too (I did a bit of research before I bought these). *Just note that the 13"W measurement (the front part of the basket with handle) is just the upper most part of the basket as it gets narrower towards the bottom (it is more like 11" at the bottom).
