However, after thinking a minute, I wouldn't hesitate trying these on my cotton and especially my Merino wool long john's I sometimes wear in winter. The Merino wool maybe close to the material used to make leggings, maybe! Thanks for giving me the thought!!! If your leggings are like sweater material I would think either would work and I would try both to see which one you liked better. I you decide to give them a try to give them a try, just don't apply to much pressure until you see what they do and start up high, an area that might be covered up just to make sure or turn them inside out to test first
