I would also suggest keeping it waxed as this will make sap removal easier, along with its many other benefits.

Question:	Has anyone used this product on Corian counter tops
Answer:	I just got this to clean the range hood vent that was caked with this old gummy grease when I moved in. I got it mostly clean after three times of spraying, letting it soak a few minutes, then scrubbing with a microfiber washcloth. Four time, mostly clean. It's fine, but I'm not impressed. I was hoping it's be more effective.
Question:	How well does this clean a black glass cooktop stove
Answer:	Cabinets are listed in the back, but there's small print about avoiding use on varnished surfaces. So I'd try a small spot, out of sight, and see how it goes. Good luck!

Question:	Can you use on urine stains and oders
Answer:	If you have bought this product to kill covid19 or flu viruses it is not going to work and you are actually putting yourself at risk to believe it "fights germs". That said it does smell nice and works well to clean and is pet friendly. It's just doesn't do anything else. Like protect you.

Answer:	This product is excellent for dissolving cooked on grease on a stove top. It doesn’t remove rust in my experience.

Answer:	My gas range top is black (shiny) and it works well. For me, I make sure after cleaning with the cleaner, I wipe it down with either a clean soft cloth or a paper towel to remove any residue.

Answer:	I use a small amount as a pre-wash with a small splash of detergent on my daughters play clothes and it get EVERYTHING out. I would imagine it would work great to get nicotine stains out as well.

Answer:	Jug I got says 128 oz. I'm not good with oz to gal conversion but I think that's 1 gallon. I looked at Home Depot site, says $33.06 for case of 4 and it looks like it would be 4 jugs of 128 oz ea but they call it 1 gal so I'm confused by the HD website as to the actual price. They do offer a small spray bottle of 32 oz for less than $3. Good to know since I do have a Home Depot near me. This was not the case for my Mom, who introduced the product to me. We've been looking everywhere for this stuff and were happy to finally find it.

Question:	I put this in dishwasher two hours ago on hottest cycle and it is still running. Is that normal
Answer:	It depends on your dishwasher and factors such as the incoming water temperature and cycle selected. If the incoming water is not 140 F, your dishwasher will take longer to complete the cycle since the dishwasher will pause the timer till the heater in the dishwasher brings the temperature to the adequate temperature. Be patient it should not take too much longer, unless there is an issue with the heater/heating element. If you begin to wash the dishwasher regularly the calcium build up on the heating element will disappear. Hope this helps.

Answer:	You need to run the hot water in the kitchen sink to purge the cold water out of the lines before starting the dishwasher. This ensures that only hot water is going into your dishwasher. Newer models do not heat up the water and rely on the water already being hot when it enters the dishwasher. COnsidering I have to run my water for over 3 minutes to get hot water at my kitchen sink, and the fill cycle on my dishwasher doesn't even last 1 minute, there will be no hot water in my dishwasher if I did not purge it of the cold water first. I am an appliance repair tech and this comes straight from manufacturers. This is the same as when you do dishes as well. Always purge the cold water from the hot water lines BEFORE starting the dishwasher. It ensures that all the water entering the dishwasher is at least 125 degrees (depending on temp setting on the water heater).
