I fought with Tamiko for months about the temperature and just could not get them to understand that I wanted the griddle to get much hotter than 220 degrees. They agreed to send me a new product if only I would pay the shipping to return the old, defective one and to receive the new one. The shipping costs were going to exceed the cost of a new griddle so I chalked it up to lessons learned. My Tamiko griddle now resides at the local landfill.

Answer:	I bought a size medium, it fits great! I'm 5'4", with longer legs and a short torso, and about 133lbs. My arms are about 10" from shoulder to elbow and about 8" from elbow to wrist; the pattern on mine fit perfectly.

Answer:	YES YOU CAN. I have this griddle in my home kitchen and use it everyday. The best griddle I have ever bought bar none. At 1500 watts it is safe to use in any 15 amp grounded outlet. The average kettle or toaster uses a similar amount of power. The only caveat I can offer is that the griddle surface will take about 15 minutes to reach the desired temperature - you are raising a solid slab of metal up to 300 degrees in order to cook on it - it will need time to preheat.

Answer:	If you clean it well ( I used no fumes oven cleaner) And a stainless scrubber, you're good to go. You will never have smoke from the flat top. I guess it is Possible with it turned up full blast and a fattier piece of meat maybe you could get it to smoke. I cook chicken and burgers, no problem there. I also bought a Nemco Grill Scraper, a must if you own a flat top. It's not cheap but worth every penny. I also bought extra blades. Probably never even need them as I don't use the grill everyday. Answer:	I ask many people about the air switch. No one I talked to has ever heard of it. I went to Lowe's and got a plug and had an electrician friend put it on.

Answer:	Lol did you search on Amazon for an air switch ;} you'll find an air switch which is literally an air electric switch when clicks the air will travel down to the switch and toggle it on and off. It's mainly used for garbage disposals. They don't really explain this well.
Question:	What does it mean “prepare your own air switch
Answer:	I use it in my home. The only thing is I can use one side at a time. I can't turn both sides on at the same time. It kicks the breaker. But I do live in a older home. As for the plug. I went to Lowe's and got a plug and had a electrician friend put it on for me. It has two lights on both sides. One is a power light and the other is a heating light when you turn it on. The power light stays on at all times when it's plugged in. I for one don't like that so I unplug it when I'm not using it. That's just me. But I love it. I cook on it everyday.

Pay attention

1.The surface of the Electric Griddle is coated with a layer of protective oil and covered with a piece of oil paper.When using for the first time,wipe off the protective oil with a cloth.Apply a layer of cooking oil and start heating the machine.

2.This baking trays are made of iron.Iron will turn black after use.Please apply a layer of cooking oil after use,otherwise it may rust.If the color has changed of the grill plate after use,that is normal,not a quality problem!

3.We use the shipping route of the sea,and may enter a small amount of water vapor during transportation.Therefore,it is normal for a small amount of rust on the surface of the machine or a small amount of smoke during use.

4.There is no non-stick coating on the surface of the electric griddle,and it is normal for the sticking pot phenomenon during use.

Answer:	The construction of this griddle is rather simple and nothing has changed in the last 50 years that I know The item depicted in the picture has 4 burners that are U shaped (each knob represents a burner ) and each burner has its own pilot A 3/4 inch gas connector is required tapered from 1 inch pipe to ensure you have the gas volume needed There are no electronics and no moving parts other then the knobs that control the flow of gas to the burner Very simplistic and durable construction that will last for years That is all you will need to know to install and operate this particular equipment
