Answer:	I don’t know. But I didn’t like it. It was oily. Really didn’t clean.

Answer:	You might have better luck asking the question on that product's page. That said, I just applied their Satin product and am very happy with it. Both put down a new urethane coat and the difference between the Gloss and Satin products is just the sheen. We had some bad cleaners ruin our engineered wood floor's finish. This fixed it. The key is follow the instructions and don't take shortcuts on the prep work.
Question:	How much area one bottle cover
Answer:	I have had a bottle for several months and have used it several times in my living area which is about 20ft x 30ft (not good with measurements). It goes a long way though.

Answer:	I got this as a gift just over a year ago and the same thing happened to me. I called Bulb Head and they said since I didn't have a receipt I would have to send the broken bucket back to them. Answer:	I used a Rubbermaid Commercial Invader 54 Inch Aluminum Wet Mop Handle for this mop head. It does slide on to the mop handle and then you close it with a latch to avoid the head mop slide out.

Question:	Two questions. 1. Does the cleaning solution have an odor (I have allergies)? 2. Can this be used to freshen an oriental area rug
Answer:	If you have allergies and an Oriental rug, I would get rid of the rug!! If it is an authentic hand knotted rug- then it's wool!! If you have allergies you MAY be allergic to the wool itself. ALso, I would have it professinally cleaned- not because YOU can;'t clean it, but wool rugs are incredibly heavy when wet and terribly difficult to properly dry completely. Unless you have a big backyard and live in the arid southwest, I would not attempt cleaning. I have a large wool rug from Afghanistan I tried cleaning myself (you have to use natural SOAPS AND NO ARTIFICIAL DETERGENTS!!) on wool- it weighed a ton when wet and took FOREVER to dry on a very hot wall in 114F degree summer heat. The wool just smells when it's wet, like a wet dog (wet sheep actually ;) so, next time it will be done by a pro who has the equipment, tools and dryer for them.
Question:	What's the difference between the 1785a model and 1785w model
Answer:	I just read that the difference between the two: the 1785W is 3000 RPM's and the 1785A is 3500 RPM's.
Question:	Can you use your own solution
Answer:	I have a 20 yr old carpet cleaning Bissel and I use my own solution. Of course the manufacturer will only endorse their own cleaning products. They can't guarantee the results if you use something else. I use 3% hydrogen peroxide with hot water. Use a 1 to 5.5 ratio. (1 peroxide to 5.5 parts water) It cleans, disinfects, and is great for pet stains. Won't hurt your machine using this formula. Hint: Try a 1 to 1 ratio in a spray bottle for cleaning your shower, bathtub and tiles. It kills mildew on contact, nixes the scum on glass and brightens your tub.
Question:	Can this be used for dry vacuuming? And how does this clean grout between tile lines
Answer:	I have tried this for dry vac and tile grout. First off, it is really meant to suck up water. Yes, it will do large items on the floor but not fine dust and dirt from every day. It will suck it up with the water though. As for grout, if you have deep crevice grout, as in the grout is not flush with the top of the tile, you will still need to scrub the grout. I have both and then I also have uneven stone that has pores and crevices in the tile itself and it also doesn't do well on those but it does better than a regular mop EVER did.

Answer:	If the old royal was a piece of junk, then yes! Don't waste your money. This one is loud, doesn't vacuum well, and drops dirt and crumbs out of the brush head.

Answer:	The Dirt Devil is rated for 120V and 2 Amps. Therefore, the Watt rating is 240 Watts. This is only 1/4 to 1/3 of the watts required to run a hairdryer. So the Dirt Devil should easily plug into any circuit in your house without tripping a breaker, even if another appliance or lamp is plugged into same. Compare the power draw of the Dirt Devil to 2ea 100W light bulbs + 1 each 40W light bulb...it's a no-brainer. Most sockets in the home run on a 20Amp breaker, which can handle 2,400 watts across all the sockets on the same breaker. Typically, each room in your house runs on a single 20Amp breaker.
