Answer:	A little goes a long way, if the floor feels sticky then too much was used. Just a light squirt and a damp mop. you will not feel any residue it you do not use too much.

Answer:	Yes! I didn't want to squirt it directly onto my wood floor, so I put 1/4 cup of Simply Floored in about a gallon of hot water in the mop bucket. It works great!

Answer:	This product is a concentrate. My daughter and I fill about a quarter cup or less and fill water to the 25 fl. oz. line in a spray bottle bought from Home Depot. Its called Zep Commercial Professional Sprayer bottle, 32oz. Its quite a heavy duty sprayer. We tip the bottle up and down to mix solution. We have it in our bathrooms and kitchen. Answer:	I don't believe it does. I don't subscribe to amazon so I haven't bothered to look. I think once you sign up to amazon prime they would walk you through the steps to watch it. You may have to buy a roku or fire stick, I'm not sure, sorry.

Question:	I don't know if I am using this mop correctly
Answer:	I use the Bona Hardwood mop motion to apply. Just spray and mop. You don't need to use pressure. I mop the floors every other week so there is not much dirt build up. Don't use like you would do with water. Spray once then mop, spray again then mop.
Question:	What is the difference between this and the professional version
Answer:	According to the Bona website: The Professional Series cleaners were originally created for the janitorial community and have a stronger degreaser in them than our regular cleaners. However, the Professional Series is safe and easy to use in homes as well. Both our regular consumer cleaners and our Professional Series cleaners are pH balanced and leave no dulling or sticky residue. They are also GREENGUARD GOLD Certified for indoor air quality.
Question:	What is a good mop to use with this cleaner to avoid streaks
Answer:	I've been using a Turbo Mop for a while and haven't had any issues with streaking. It could also have to do with the amount of cleaner you're using, sometimes less is more.

Answer:	Bona has a different cleaner that is for laminate floors. I think I would get that instead.
