Question:	Has anyone tried this to spot clean carpet
Answer:	We have tested it on carpet spots of several sizes, types, and ages. For any stain that's same-day, it'll clean it out really well, way better than any spot cleaning solution will. For spots that are a few days old, it will do pretty well, but you may have a slight tinge left over and/or you may have to go over the spot a few times. For older stains, you'll probably be left with some staining even after a few go-overs, but it will look much better than it did before. It can even make a very noticeable difference on stains that are several years old.The caveats - it's a small cleaner, so cleaning anything larger than a fist-sized spot is going to take a pretty long time (15-30 mins+ for each go-over, depending on how deep the stain is), and it can end up cleaning a spot so well that it becomes cleaner than the surrounding area, which would required a larger floor steam cleaner to even everything out.But yes, if your carpet is at risk for small stains, and you're good with breaking this out same day, then absolutely this will take most spots out of carpets.

The brushes are all the same material (aside from the optional brass brush) but the color difference is for keeping them apart which gives you the option to use one color in one area. So you could for instance use only the red brush in your bathroom and the green brush in your kitchen.

Answer:	Did you try ordering it? Because once you do there is a minimum of $4.49 for shipping. And there is no 2 Day shipping like there is from Amazon.

Answer:	This didn't work for us either. It left a cloudy area where you spot clean. We use microfiber as well but I even tried paper towels and regular handcloths to dry and it still left marks. I won't purchase this again. The floor cleaners we use had the actually brand stuff and that stuff works great, this is a generic form I think.

Question:	Will this make my laminate wood floor even more slippery than it already is? Floors are new and the dog hates it
Answer:	It is a possibility that it will; given that when you're cleaning you are removing dirt, dust, and small debris, etc. this can make any floor surface even smoother. HOWEVER, it doesn't contain soapy residues that are in themselves slippery. Bona makes excellent floor cleaners, therefore I would still recommend it over any brand such as Murphy, or pledge.
Question:	Is this sufficient or should I go for the Bona Pro Series? Differences
Answer:	Yes, it does a great job on my laminated floors and my tile floors! I haven't tried the Pro so don't know what the difference is

Question:	can I use it on tile pavers inside home
Answer:	The tile pavers I've seen at the home improvement stores are porous and a course surface texture. If that is the case, you may have a difficult time getting them clean. Perhaps a solution of Tri-Sodium Phosphate (TSP) might be the first order of business. Once clean, you may want to consider a commercial grade clear masonry sealer to prevent this job from being so difficult in the future. After that then the BONA would be useful for routine cleaning.

Answer:	After checking the bottle I can't see anything that mentions PH neutral or not. There is a phone # 1-877-209-7309. I love it for my vinyl floors.

Answer:	No. You are not supposed to use ANY water on engineered hardwood. We have Shaw floors. The warranty requires using Shaw floor cleaner or our warranty is void. Read your warranty before you use anything to clean your floors.
Question:	what is the water to production mix ratio
Answer:	My 32 oz. concentrate bottle has a measuring chamber that is marked off in 5, 10, and 15 ML. I use the 15 ML to a quart of water in a spray bottle. Spray a section of floor and wipe up with clean cloth as the instructions indicate. Use only on hardwood floors with polyurethane finish. I use it on vinyl, hardwood and ceramic tile and am very satisfied with the results.l

Below please find our recommendations on how to clean your floors. • Vacuum, sweep or dust mop the floor to remove loose dirt and debris. • Grab your Bona Cleaner, mop and blue Microfiber Cleaning Pad. • Start with the Microfiber Cleaning Pad slightly damp. • Turn the spray nozzle to mist or stream setting and spray cleaner directly on floor. • Wipe up the cleaner with mop and Microfiber Cleaning Pad. • If you are cleaning a larger area or several small rooms, you will want to take the cleaning pad off of the mop and rinse it out in your sink with warm water to release the captured dirt.
