In that case, you need to use a vinegar and warm water solution and see if it will remove the film. If it's just plain worn out, you can try one of the many laminate floor polishes. Make sure you are getting a polish and not just a cleaner. Sheiner's Hardwood and Laminate Cleaner is certainly from the best cleaners on the market but it's not a polish and will not leave any films or residues on the floor. |

It depends on how much water is sprayed out from your mop system while cleaning but you'll definitely want to make sure you use enough water so that there won't be too much concentrated cleaner on the floor. If you don't dilute the cleaner properly you could end up with a film or dull finish. | Answer: | If you have a vapor barrier, then you would not glue the flooring. You would be glueing the flooring to the vapor barrier but the vapor barrier would not be glued to the concrete (not that you would). It sounds like you: 1) have a concrete floor that is uneven. Having a floor that is 1/4 or more out of level over 3 feet would cause this. 2) did not allow the flooring to acclimate properly in the room it was being installed in Or 3) you did not provide enough of a gap around the perimeter of whatever wall/cabinet/fixture the flooring is being installed against. This will cause a noisy floor when the floor expands. I bet your floor is noisier in the summer than it is in the winter months. |

| Answer: | The bottle label indicates coverage of 124-200 sq. ft., with a tip opening of 1/16" (for laminate) and 1/8" (for wood). So... 15 0r 9 bottles, depending on floor-type and bead size. Laminate = 9 and wood = 15, if you are really doing 1800 sq. ft. Myself I only used the glue in the kitchen and bath rooms and chose to put a bead on one side (versus two sides as called for in the directions); You only get one shot at this, so take your time and do it right. Remember the plastic putty knife (1" worked best for me, with lots of paper towels or rags). Good luck! |

After we poured the leveler and let it dry, we used a hand grinding block to smooth those areas out nicely. A good vacuum and wipe down with a wet rag, and it was good to go. It went down very nicely on the concrete and looks great. Definitely happy with the outcome in our basement. Hope this helps. |

They are fairly durable and you can get about 2 years out of them before you begin to notice it is getting close time to replace it. They make a very good product and thanks for the question. | Answer: | I do not advise diluting- this is an awesome cleaner. As I suggested in answering an earlier question - I use the o cedar pro most spray mop and purchase extra pads ( they are machine washable). It does not take a lot of the cleaner and it does a great job. |
