Answer:	A better solution is using a product containing D-Limonene, such as natural orange or lemon oil & sprayed in bags will eliminate odors. Animals don't like the fragrance of these oils either so it helps keep them away.

Answer:	Don't buy this product, doesn't work. If have dish soap it does same thing. Put lot dish soap in bowl with pot of hot water, this will work quicker and same this product. If that doesn't work plunger and cheap rotor. If that doesn't unclogged your toilet call a plumber. This product is a waste of money. If your doing preventive matience go with draino make sure it's safe for your bowl and pipes however.
Question:	How does this product differ from your other products without enzymes
Answer:	We have used this in the bathroom sinks, the toilet which was pretty amazing, cleared the drain very quickly, actually removed the rust stain that had been on the commode for a very long time. We did have an issue with the shower drain because we have a rain shower head, we did not get enough water into the drain which resulted in the entire house smelling like rotten eggs for many, many hours. You need to have lots of water ready to go when you use this product. It did, however, work!

Answer:	Build up remover is a live bacteria product that is designed to digest fats, oils and grease along with organic material like hair, toothpaste, etc in pipes and drains. It will not damage the inside of dishwashers, and if allowed to sit overnight it will help eliminate organic buildup inside the drains. We would recommend running a rinse cycle prior to using the dishwasher.

Answer:	Since the way soaps "inactivate" a virus is by breaking down the fat layer that protects them, and these enzymes break down fats, I wouldn't be surprised if this would have a real impact on a virus load left on a surface. But I'd get real advice from a professional before flat-out trusting it to do that.

Question:	Can this product be used in toilets
Answer:	Yes it will. Let it sit in the water for a while and if it's really backed up use a plunger with it. The enzymes have to be able to get to the source of the problem. We have a tub where debris backs into it when it rains. We put the enzymes in, let it sit for a bit and the debris goes down the drain. The first time after we put the enzymes in we had to plunge because it was so stopped up. The second time we just put the enzymes in and let it sit in the watery debris and after 25 minutes all went down the drain by itself. Have never seen a product like this that actually works and is safe. We put it down every drain regularly (toilet as well) to keep things open.
Question:	Can this be used in a residential home (built in 2011) toilet
Answer:	I used it for that purpose, and it did not work at all. Baking soda and vinegar worked far better, as did other commercial products found on Amazon.
Question:	Does this work for clearing slow-flushing toilets? (The shower drains fine.) It seems it wouldn't be able to reach the pipes before being flushed
Answer:	if you use this full strength on your carpet, beware. if left unrinsed for several hours, it will eat up the carpet fibers. so dont leave for too long. also, the enzymes are so strong that your tongue will start going numb just from being in the same room and that wasnt even a half strength amout. best application ive found, my monthly personal experience, is that for animal stains, dilute as directed for carpet shampooing machines. never use overly hot water because it ills the enzymes. leave the washing application on the carpet up to an hour before rinsing. let enzymes do their job. 50% enzymes with 50% water is good for a spray bottle to clean messes but for heavens sake, blot up the chemical then rinse and blot that up too. ive got a few etches in my carpet because people here are too lazy and dont bother blotting and rinsing. i cant imagine the damage this chemical would do to clothing fibers.

Question:	How many earthworms are in the container
Answer:	I'm not a plumber, however I understand that slow-flushing toilets are generally related to mineral deposits, which this will not resolve. Also, when it arrived there was a sticky on the container indicating that it is not designed for home use.

Answer:	I believe it depends on the cause of the slow drain. If it's organic in nature, then yes, this product should help. However, this product will not help/work overnight as the typical off-the-shelf "instant" products do. The longer you can leave the product in the pipe without washing it down, the better the enzyme's have to eat away the organic material.I purchased this product to help with a slow bathroom sink that was draining slowly. I let the product sit for 24-hours, but it didn't help. I repeated for three additional 24-hour periods, and it still didn't help. I eventually went with an off-the-shelf product that said it was guaranteed to bust through hair. It did the trick.I wrote the company asking why it didn't work, and a Mike Green responded with the following:Chris,The Flo-Zyme is designed to be used to dissolve organic waste like grease, oils, fats and proteins from food in kitchen drains and grease traps. Answer:	I think it should be safe for the older pipes because it is environmentally friendly which means there are no harsh chemicals. The scent is not potent as well.

Answer:	I can't imagine any problem with doing so. My only suggestion would be to add as much HOT water and flush, maybe a second pan of HOT water. I always run a sink spigot as hot as possible for a while before using any drain cleaner. Also, try not to use that toilet for as long as possible after putting this in - maybe overnight would be the best.

Question:	Does it help clogged dishwashers drain
Answer:	Hi, just the different colors for the different scents, but the the function of the coodoo sink deodorizer stick is the same. Purple is lavender smell, yellow is lemon smell, blue is unscented smell.
Question:	What exactly is the fragrance made of, and is it natural and/or biodegradable
Answer:	I have not used them for the shower drain. My daughter has very thick hair and I use a drain cover that catches the hair(but lets water pass) before going down the drain as I've found that to be the most effective and less costly.

Garbage Disposals: Pour in 2 oz. of BioFresh, cover opening, and turn on garbage disposal for 2 seconds. Let product sit in disposal overnight or for 6-8 hours prior to using.

Washing Machines (HE or Standard): Pour 2-4 oz. directly into washer. Run cycle empty on warm temperature setting. Do not use machine for 6-8 hours.

Dishwashers: Fill soap port with BioFresh super concentrate. Run on "delicate" or "china" cycle. Do not use again for 6-8 hours.

Toilets / Urinals: Start by flushing. Soak bowl mop with BioFresh. Swab generously inside and out. Clean under lip. Do not flush after cleaning. Let air dry.

Bathroom Floors: Add 4 oz. to 1 gallon of water. Mop well and leave wet. Microbial action penetrates porous floors to degrade urine / waste.

Drains: Mix 2 oz. BioFresh with 4 oz. warm water. Pour down drain and leave alone for 6-8 hours. *Clogs can require multiple days of treatment.

Answer:	I do not know how these would be in a restaurant ...I use 1/4 cup of baking soda followed by 1/4 cup of white vinegar in sink drain. Leave 15 minutes and pour boiling water down. Would think there would be lots of grease all over the inside pipes. I like these at home but do not know if strong enough for commercial
