Question:	Will it work on clog that is several feet past the trap in shower
Answer:	At least in my bathroom sink, it was a disaster. This product dissolved something and the pvc pipe detached from the pipe under the sink causing a leak that damaged everything I had inside the cabinet and the hair was still in there. I had a clogged sink and now I have a useless sink because I have to find a plumber to fix the pipes. Thankfully I have two more bathrooms with sinks that I can use. Answer:	It should be fine because it is made out of plastic and bends. I only have 1 in the shower so far. I don't get hair in my sink so I haven't used it there yet.

Answer:	Yup, just used it to pull a 1.5" diameter wad of hair out of our second-floor shower. The wand is just the right stiffness--flexy enough to bend through a trap, but not so floppy that you can't push it through. I thought the crank looked kinda gimmicky but I tried it once just pushing it down the drain and cranking a little bit, and then a second time whaling away on the crank, and trust me... CRANK IT. No longer showering in a inch of standing water--yay!

Answer:	It takes patience, but remove the hair, etc., in the opposite direction from the barbed ends. It takes patience.
Question:	Do you have to remove the drain stopper in order to use this snake
Answer:	I'm guessing based on your question that you have the kind of stopper where you lift and twist to use it. It would be difficult but probably not impossible to use this with one of those, but for best results I'd recommend you just temporarily remove the stopper. Even after snaking it down there, any hair and gunk it brings up would be liable to get caught on the lip of your stopper otherwise.

Answer:	I don't think so. You can buy a citric acid cleaner made for dishwashers at your grocery store. Also, Home Depot sells replacement piping that goes from the dishwasher to your drain.
Question:	Is this safe for Rv use? Our shower drain gets backed up
Answer:	I have tried both and I prefer Green Cobbler. It seems to work faster and better. The key is the hot water.I always keep some at the house.
Question:	Can you use this to run through your dishwasher to clean it's piping
Answer:	No. Pour about a cup on the drain and wash down with hot water. Then do not run any water till Next morning. Then use monthly to keep drains free.
Question:	which is better, this product or Professor Amos' Super fast drain cleaner? I know this product is less expensive, but which product is more effective
Answer:	I do not know. What I do know is that I did treatments on bathroom sinks in the house I sold in December a couple of months before I sold it, and on one of the bathroom sinks in my apartment about two months ago and had not further problems with any of them. I have not used this product on kitchen sinks.
