Answer:	It will if you pretreat before trying to remove it. I find it difficult to get it suck up the liquid in thicker pile carpet.

Answer:	If you use this in an upright cleaner, you will waste a lot of money. This solution is diluted for smaller handheld/spot cleaners. If you use it in am upright, you'll be going through a lot of this solution. A proper upright liquid is meant to be mixed with water so you can clean a larger area. This is already mixed with water.
Question:	Can I use with little green machine
Answer:	Yes. Works well.
Question:	I have the spotbot pet model 33n8. do i add this formula from the water line or is it used full strength
Answer:	My SpotBot solution container has a water fill line and a cleaning solution fill line. If you fill the container full strength, you'll probably empty the bottle after only one or two cleanings. It's probably good to read the manual that comes with the machine. If you don't have one, check the Bissell website for a possible downloadable copy.

Answer:	Bleach doesn't stain, it removes the color. Your best bet would be to contact a professional carpet cleaner and explain what happened. The really good ones know how to dye as well. If it isn't too big of a stain they should be able to dye it back to the original color.

Answer:	This product is NOT plastic free. The scrubber portion is made of recycled plastic. I emailed the company and here is their reply: “ The walnut scrubber portion has a small amount of recycled plastic as a binder to hold the scrubbing material together. The white cellulose portion of the sponge can be separated and composted, the scrubber portion can be recycled with plastics. In addition, we do not recommend composting walnuts, as they release a natural compound that can degrade the nutrients in a compost heap.”

Tips and Tricks

1. Blot up any excess mess until your blotting cloth does not transfer any more liquid.

2. Use the stream setting on the spray nozzle and thoroughly soak the stain to twice the size of the stained area, because the stain may have spread on the backing of your carpet.

3. If necessary, allow the formula one to two hours to work. Repeat as needed until the stain is gone.

4. Blot the area with a wet rag to rinse the treated area.

5. For vomit and feces stains, use paper towels to remove as much of the mess as possible without rubbing the stain in. Work from the outside in to minimize spreading the stain.

6. For stains that are old or just not coming out, be sure to heavily saturate the stain with formula. Use more than you think you should!

Answer:	You can use this product in upright carpet cleaners. Add it to your fresh water

Answer:	Can't help you with this. I think it's quite specific to this machine. Since its not cheap, I think you could find a product just for hand use. Having said that, why not buy the machine? It's very good and worth the $$

Answer:	We have an older model. I put it on an OLD stain. It's amazing how well it cleaned the carpet. I do not know how well it cleaned the underlying carpet pad.
Question:	why do these leak
Answer:	Mine is leaking as well now. Wish I could find the part to fix it as I really enjoyed this cleaner when it didn’t leak.
Question:	Does this machine extract the water during the cycle
Answer:	Yes, to a good degree. We like it a bit dryer, so we use the hose attachment (with the brush) to pull up more water. Pressing down you can actually watch the water go up the brush attachment into the hose. One other thing we do is when we are done, we put a little water in a bowl, of if close enough to a sink, water in the sink and then allow the vacuum to suck up clean water through the hose. Probably not an absolute necessity, but we like the idea of flushing out the hose with water before putting it away.
Question:	Can the tanks be open for easy cleaning
Answer:	They are not at all easy to clean. Eventually gunk will build up I had to throw mine out as nothing could clean it and to clean everything like the brushes you have unscrew it which is a pain.

Answer:	This is a “wet” spray. You still would have to blot and wait til it was dry before you vacuum. It does work well when used as directed.

I've had two dogs at the same time for 40 years (not the same ones, of course), and this product is the best that I have ever used to get rid of stains from animal vomit, urine, feces....you name it, this product made it disappear.
