Answer:	Did little to nothing on my concrete. I have unsealed concrete that has lots of vehicle traffic. A good high pressure washer did a same results as this product with same pressure washer. Does not do much at all.

Let Dry

Question:	will this stuff work on clothes in the washer
Answer:	This product works best on organic soils, and red clay is a mineral stain. It won't harm the stone, but I recommend using it stronger than label instructions. Using a pump-up, garden-style sprayer, mix Oxysolve 50/50 with water. Apply to a section of the stone and scrub with a non-metallic deck brush. Rinse before the cleaning solution has a chance to dry, or it will be more difficult to remove. IF the stain is lightened, but not completely gone, reapply the same way.
Question:	Anyone tried this on sealed asphalt oil stains
Answer:	Thanks for the question... If your walls are concrete or block/brick or some other typical exterior wall surface, you can use the Concrete and Driveway, or the Total Outdoor versions of Oxy Solve. For soot, I would recommend making the dilution for manual application stronger than what is on the label. Please try 1-part-Oxy Solve to 10-parts-water. Apply to the surface in sections so that you can rinse before the product has a chance to dry. Apply, let sit for 3-5 minutes, scrub, and rinse at highest pressure - or apply, let sit for 3-5 minutes, and pressure wash to rinse at highest pressure. If you can apply the solution with a pump-up, garden-type of sprayer and then pressure wash at high pressure to rinse, you'll be able to cover a larger area than if you use the pressure washer chemical application setting to apply the product (which sucks down product very quickly.) Answer:	Wish I could tell you. It cleans great but you need to rinse it to tell. Without rinsing, in my opinion, is a waste of your time as the mess is still there.

Question:	I bought this and tsp, do they do the same thing. do i just need to use one product to clean my concrete garage floor before painting? tx
Answer:	Engine has to be cool. Cover any or all electrical components that will get damaged with water. Spray Oil Eaters and let it soak all the gunk. Works best when used with pressure washer. Do not spray straight to electrical distribution boxes or Fuse boxes. On some newer car you can get away with not covering ay electrical harness or components. On older cars you may want to use precaution measures and cover these items with zip lock bags trash bags,etc. After rinse let the warmth of the car dry the excess water for about 5-10 minutes. Remove all covers. Start you car and let it run on idle these way your car can generate heat and dry any remaining water. If you engine begins to run rough you might have moisture or water in you electrical harness,distributor,coil packs or spark plug and wires. Best if you disconnect the wire harness/plugs one by one and inspect for water intrusion or moisture build up. Once you locate the issue let it air dry or spray with compressed air. If you do not have a compressor and air gun available, a computer aeresol spray will do. I used isopropyl alcohol in the past, but alcohol will remove the corrosion preventive coat. Petroleum Jelly like Vaseline can be applied. Auto part store have a variety of electrical grease you can get. Ensure that you induction system is air tight. If equipped with carburator, make sure that the dish is seal and as a prevention spray around the carburator and its components. Key points, cover electrical components, spray away from electrical distribution boxes,fuse box and other electrical components. And ensure your induction system is sealed. There is some prep work that has to be done before you spray you engine with any liquids. Oil Eaters will do your dirty work. Rinse at your own discretion.
Question:	Does this have a strong odor
Answer:	I had a massive old oil spot on my concrete. Thought I just had to pour it on and watch the magic. Nope, you have to pour it on (I didn't dilute it), then scrub it for a minute or two, then rinse it off with the hose. Did that a couple times because the oil seeps back from underneath, and we are good! If this isn't working for you, try again, but make sure to spray it off with the hose!

Answer:	This product is a hydrogen peroxide base that can effectively neutralize urine odors from concrete by washing it away. It is not an enzyme product that will eliminate the odors at the source. Simple Green does offer products that are designed specifically for eliminating urine odors from concrete and other surfaces with the use of enzymes and good bacteria that eliminate odors at the source as opposed to simply cleaning the urine from a surface and potentially rinsing it into surrounding areas.

Answer:	This product is absolutely safe for automobiles and trucks. It can be used in a pressure washer or manually.
Question:	will applying more frequently show faster results
Answer:	This product does not work the same way as car soap, although it can be used to wash a car. The chemistry is geared toward environmental pollutants, dirt and some road grime. It is not a degreaser, so if road tar, grease and oil are the issue using regular Simple Green All Purpose Cleaner or Simple Green Pro HD might be more effective.
Question:	Can it remove tire marks from a driveway
Answer:	I used Rust-Oleum's RockSolid product to paint our floor. Prior to painting, I used this product and then used the acid etch that came with the RockSolid. This product worked great and lifted all of the grease and oil from the floor. The etch then opened up the cement for the final painting. Hope this helps.
Question:	Is it safe for the enviroment
Answer:	Depends on how dirty the surface is. It has a reaction which removes the dirt/oil which gives off a smell. I’d suggest working with the garage door open or an industrial fan regardless. Odor doesn’t linger long.

Answer:	My situation is a bit different as i was trying to figure out whether to completely remove their coating I put on 10 years ago or just clean it and reapply. I searched all over the internet looking for the answer without much luck. So I went on their website and filled out a my question. Several days later here is the answer I got. We appreciate your interest in our products and apologize for the delay. You can apply the EpoxyShield over a previously painted floor, but you do need to make sure that the coating that is on the floor is adhering well. Any loose or flaking paint will definitely have to be removed. You also would want to test the adhesion of the paint to ensure that it is bonded well with the concrete. To test the adhesion of the remaining paint on the surface, do the following: 1. With a single-edged razor blade, cut an X through the coating and down to the concrete. 2. Apply a 4” piece of duct tape over the X and press firmly 3. Completely remove the tape with one quick pull. 4. If more than 25% of the taped area is removed with tape, the original coating is not adhering well, and the floor should not be coated with EPOXYShield unless all previous paint is removed. If your floor passes the adhesion test, you can apply the EpoxyShield over it, but you would want to rough up the surface lightly with a 60-80 grit sandpaper and a pole sander/drywall sander. Then clean up the sanding residue and you should be able to apply the EpoxyShield over it. Another method that does not require sanding is the use of our Garage and Concrete Primer. You will need to clean the surface with a good cleaner/degreaser such as our Epoxy Shield Heavy Duty Degreaser. Once the floor is clean and dry, apply a coat of the primer over the previous coat of Epoxy Shield with a ¼” nap roller. You can apply your new coat of Epoxy shield after the floor has dried 24-48 hours and the primer has turned a semi-transparent gray. Question:	is this safe for automobiles and trucks
Answer:	Yes. But do not do it. The microbes will remove oil from the clothes very well but they will attack the rubber hoses and neoprene gaskets in the washer as well. The continued wash/rinse cycles will remove most of the remaining Oil Eater after a few more loads but there will be microscopic sized microbes that are embedded in porous materials that will continue to eat all Petrochemical based materials. I suggest you use a laundry sink. The drain is PVC or ABS or Stainless which makes Oil Eater safer for hand washing. Keep in mind that the time frame for Oil Eater to remove oil is long, on the order of weeks. I.E. this is not a heavy duty detergent. It is a long-term alternative to detergents and cleaners that you should use when other options have failed. Please take all my advise with a grain of salt. I used it most recently to lift an oil stain from my snow blower from our driveway here in Colorado in Winter. I was surprised that it worked when most of the days were so cold (-12F) and continued to work on days when the drive way warmed up above 40F or so. It is good stuff but it takes time. Lifting the oil took 2-3 weeks. 90% in the first week. 90% in the second and there is a residual amount that is still visible that will wait till late spring when it warms up and stays dry for long enough for the microbes to eat the oil in the surface of the porous concrete.

Answer:	No the bottle cannot be opened. There are no screw caps on the bottle. If it were pried-open, I believe the inner tabs would need to be broken and therefore it would no longer hold pressure and therefore not be functional after being pried-open.
