Question:	Do I have to use pure water after using this product? Many other brands recommend going over the area again with pure water
Answer:	I would assume so. You probably don't want to pour a lot of water on your floor. It works well for me to put cleaning solution in a mop bucket and scrub the floor the way you old school mop. I would follow up by actually mopping to remove soil left by the brush. I hope I have been helpful.
Question:	can you use this with a hoover steam cleaner
Answer:	Brush is 10" long, 3" wide. Bristles are about 2" deep.
Question:	Has anyone use it with "Hoover Power Scrub Deluxe Carpet Washer", which has separate shampoo tank (shampoo not pre-mixed in water), how did it work
Answer:	Perfectly safe! The bristles are strong but not ridiculous! You'd have to scrub REAL HARD to scratch anything painted. Just used mine today to scrub my stained deck!

Answer:	They can be machine washed. Let them air dry.
Question:	What does it smell like
Answer:	So I just measured the ones I got, large size, and from the top of the glove to the wrist it measures 5". My hand measures just under 8 inches from top of middle finger to wrist. For me, these gloves fit great! They do provide a size chart and it says large is anywhere from 4.5-5" and it seems to be pretty accurate- I think that had my hands been a bit smaller I think it would still fit just fine. I did not measure my hands before buying but if you do measure from top of wrist (where it bends) to joint in the middle of your finger (as shown in the picture).
Question:	It says natural fragrance which is usually code for something bad...like “natural flavors”. What exactly are the fragrances and what are they made of
Answer:	Not bulky at all, just enough cushion for comfort. I feel would be great for kettle bell swings Hope this helps

Answer:	I also have tiny hands and I think the padding is perfect thickness for comfort and usability. I will say that when I am doing dead lifts, rack pulls and similar exercises I do sometimes need to use a little chalk for extra grip if it’s over 140lb resistance. The grip on these are really good but I need a little extra sometimes. Over all I really like these gloves. I use these 4 days a weeks and have had them for 4 Months and can’t really tell, the quality is excellent.

Question:	Will this remove cat urine that has saturated carpet, possibly to the pad, and is an old stain
Answer:	I used it on a carpet that had set-in, dried cat urine odor. I had tried everything out there, but NOTHING worked. BacOut was my last ditch effort before ripping up the carpet and pad (maybe even sub-floor) and recarpeting the whole room. The husband was very ticked off. I completely saturated the entire area and was impressed with the pleasant smell. It took about a week to completely dry. At that point, I could still detect a faint lingering odor, so I repeated the treatment and completely re-saturated the entire area. Two weeks later, the carpet was dry and the odor was GONE. Not even my husband’s discerning nose could detect any odor at all. WOW. It’s a staple in my house now, just in case.

NORMAL USE: Spray the affected area and wait at least 15 minutes before laundering. TOUGH STAINS: Spray the affected area and massage the affected area with a soft brush. Answer:	Probably fine. It is a mild yet powerful cleaner so I doubt it would damage anything. Don't expect it to leave any gloss or shine though.

Answer:	You can mix this as strong as you want. However, it probably won't degrease an oven by itself, it may clean off the top layer and use self-clean to get the rest. Biokleen has a "floor" cleaner that is basically the same stuff with citrus and enzymes in it and that may clean it better - but will likely still need to put the oven to self-clean.

Answer:	I can't imagine any problem with doing so. My only suggestion would be to add as much HOT water and flush, maybe a second pan of HOT water. I always run a sink spigot as hot as possible for a while before using any drain cleaner. Also, try not to use that toilet for as long as possible after putting this in - maybe overnight would be the best.

Answer:	It doesn't damage the floor. I use it on oak floors and brazillian cherry. If using straight from the bottle there is a slight sticky residue to it. I spray some in a bucket and dilute with hot water. I do this with any kind of wood cleaner.

Answer:	I have used it on my laminate flooring. I do have porcelan tile but never tried it thinking it might be too slippery.

When Jim Rimer realized what was inside some of the cleaning products he was selling, it shook him to the core. It was the spark that sent him on a mission to create cleaning products that are safe for people, their homes, and the environment.

Question:	Have used the concentrate for years. Can I add alcohol to make it somewhat disinfecting
Answer:	I'm sorry I cannot answer this. For odors in clothing, I often soak in a baking soda/vinegar/Dawn combination. Best of luck!
Question:	I want to refill my spray and wipe bottle from the refill. What is the correct ratio of product to water
Answer:	I am extremely perfume sensitive, cant tolerate the smell of conventional cleaners like 409, etc. I love the smell of this, its kind of perfumey but not overwhelming , in 5+ years of use it has never triggered my respiratory issues no matter how much is used. The smell isn't strong unless you use too much (my son does because he likes the smell too).
Question:	We have a pet run with fake turf .... which product would you recommend? We have two large dogs. With another product snell is back within 2 days
Answer:	It actually smells like Wintergreen gum to me. Definitely minty it's actually quite pleasant.
Question:	Is this safe to use on grout between shower tiles
Answer:	Yes, it is. I am on a septic tank and use the product with no issues. It works well and doesn't have a chemical smell.
