Answer:	Look online. The box indicates a voltage of 1.5 + or - 0.2 V. My use suggests that the voltage remains pretty much the same from start to exhaustion. Question:	I want to replace 8 sub-c 1500mAh batteries in a Dirt Devil vac. Do you think these 2200mAh will supply to much power? Tks
Answer:	I replaced the 8 original 1500mAh sub-C batteries in a Dirt Devil with the Tenergy 2200mHa replacements. Aside from the slight difficulty in getting the 8 new cells lined up properly, everything fit. I used the original Dirt Devil Charger to charge the batteries. After the batteries were charged, the Dirt Devil worked as new. I can't say that it had more power than when it was new but the charge seems to last longer. The removal and replacement took about an hour but I might be a bit slow. If you are comfortable soldering, this is a great way to get extended use from this vacuum. By the way, the Tenergy batteries I have used seem to have a slight charge which can be disconcerting if one accidentally turns on the power switch when re-installing batteries. Please don't ask how I know this. Good luck.
Question:	What charge rate does the manufacturer recommend for the 2200 mah batteries
Answer:	I have no info on that but I used them to re-build a battery pack for an AEG drill that charges at 1,5A and they have been performing 100% for months. Very satisfied!
Question:	I would like to know. Am I suppose to remove the sleeve protectors when I solder? Or are they suppose to melt away in the area of the solder point
Answer:	If you are making a battery pack with multiple cells, you must be careful not to remove or melt any of the plastic sleeve away as they provide the electrical insulation necessary to put the individual cells together to form a multi-cell battery pack. If more than one cell is soldered together and the metal cases of these cells touch each other, you are effectively shorting out at least one of the cells. You should go on line and read as much information as you can about methods you should use relating to methods for doing soldering on these types of cells.
Question:	What is the manufacturing date for these cells
Answer:	It is difficult to provide a date, as it is dependent on when it is purchased. However, our battery cells are fairly fresh and typically manufactured within the last  6 months of when customers purchase them.

Question:	How to assemble with the tabs and heat shrink? my pack is on a triangular pitch. battery itself says do not solder
Answer:	Not sure what you’re asking. The tabs are there to solder one cell to another. I use an iron with large ends so it heats the surface fast so the battery doesn’t get too hot.
Question:	what is the discharge rating of these batteries
Answer:	Not sure of the rating (discription/photos don't show? Not always accurate anyway), but, these batteries have been working very well in a hand-held Dirt Devil vacuum which is always left on charger when not in use.
Question:	Can i use them in toys
Answer:	Gonna depend on the toy and what kind of batteries are used. These are not std., C sized batteries that snap into place. They are designed to be soldered in place in some combination to achieve the proper voltage. A std. C size battery will have 1.5 volts when new. These rechargeable are 1.2 V. I used 2 pkg of these to make a pack of 8 to obtain 9.6 volts. 10 would be needed to power a 12V drill.
