Question:	Are these a pod of liquid or a solid powder
Answer:	I just got only 1 bottle instead of 3. I'm contacting the seller to get this resolved. Otherwise I feel cheated for having the most expensive bottle of dishwasher detergent ever.

Answer:	That would be 45 ounces in each bottle. So 3 bottles should = 135 ounces. More than enough to to coat your dishwasher (and dishes) with a disgusting white residue!

Answer:	You fill the little detergent holder in the door. It's pretty small and I'd say you'd only get about a tablespoon of the stuff in there, maybe less. But just fill the little dish. Then close it. (I don't have a Bosch, so I don't know how it closes.) Turn your dishwasher on and away you go. The Finish All-in-One tablets work just as well. Not sure why they recommended it for the smell. I find that I have to use dishwasher cleaner now and then (you can find that at any grocery or big box store) to get rid of the smell when we have been eating too much fish. But the Finish detergent is really excellent, especially with dried-on foods.

Answer:	There are no phosphates or bleach listed in the ingredients and there is no fragrance at all. All ingredients are plant or mineral based. As an aside, this product doesn't leave spots on glassware. I hope this helps.

Answer:	This is a note from Nature Clean... I email them asking them the same thing: It is still the same trusted formulation. Unfortunately what has happened one of the ingredients was available in powdered form (it is a beige colour) and is only available in granules form now – hence the beige speckle grain look. When that ingredient was in the powdered form it wasn’t noticeable. So lease be assured, it is the same efficacious formula. We should have done a better job in communicating it – unfortunately all the containers been pre-labeled at the container manufacturing side in advance since they are being bought by the 100 thousands at a time so cannot be changed and we had no idea or advance warning from the ingredient supplier that they will no longer be producing/supplying the powdered version. Question:	I'm having awful results with this so far. it's leaving a white powdery residue on all my dishes. any advice? could i be using too much
Answer:	open your dishwasher... note position of all impellers.. close it.. start dishwasher.. check your impellers again.. when i found my dishwasher couldnt even wash dishsoap off the doors.. it was found the impellers were not spinning.. i would find dishsoap particles in all the glasses on the door etc.. to think my parents ate this stuff for a year.. mom died etc.. my daughter is the one who noticed this.. foreign objects got in the spinning arms and clogged them up they use the water ejection for spin.. they werent spinning.. dishes werent being washed.. they just got stoap tossed on them. as long as you see dishsoap on your dishes.. it's the dishwasher.. DO NOT EAT unless you manually wash those dishes.. dishsoap is TOXIC. I bought a new dishwasher.. and now there is no soap.. but the damage to my family is unrecoverable.
