Fits like a like a glove after a few hours sitting - watching tv or whatever for super support, especially for my lower/mid back aches. My backaches literally disappear when I sit in the seat/back unit. 2- the covering is actually made of several layers of aerated woven material which brushes off easily and 3-it will feel like it was custom fitted to you like no other cushion. THE EASE OF INSTALLATION

1. Adjust the bicep's strap to the velcro's maximum size and then slip your injured arm through.

2. Place the brace on the affected shoulder to cover the area where you need the most support. You can put it higher or lower on the arm as needed.

3. Reach for the chest strap, wrap it around the chest and feed it through the front buckle. Pull it tight until it's comfortable but supportive.

4. Readjust the bicep strap until the brace feels well in place.

5. Add targeted compression by pulling the velcro of the pressure pad.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

If a quick hand wash is not your thing you can throw the shoulder brace in the machine for a delicate gentle wash. Make sure to use only cold wash and dry settings. Use a washing bag or at least secure all the straps, as loose hook and loop may distress your brace or the clothes being washed with it.
