Question:	Is there a similar product which i can use my own organic cleaner
Answer:	I don’t, the SoClean pushes the ozone into the water initially to start the circulation of the disinfectant. Without the device I would notice the reservoir needed cleaning every few days. I clean it out weekly.

Answer:	I can't speak to other reviews, but I'll give you my 2 cents. I've been on CPAP / APAP therapy for nearly 20 years, and am on my 3rd machine, a ResMed S-9. I think this SoCLean 2 is great. I've had the SoClean 2 CPAP cleaner for two years. I like it. I guess some folks don't like the smell of the ozone that is used to sterilize the mask, hose and water tank, but it doesn't bother me, in fact I like it. I don't usually clean my mask in the cleaner, I just do that by hand with some liquid Ivory hand soap I still have on hand. I found if you clean the whole headgear and mask set up in the cleaner, it causes the mask to deteriorate more quickly than I think it should - you can tell when the mask starts to turn yellowish that it needs to be replaced. I don't use the SoClean 2 every day, more like 2 - 3 times a week, and that seems good. Definitely good to know that the bacteria, mold and viruses are killed by the ozone treatment. This machine, coupled with regular cleaning of the tank and mask, should help you be more relaxed about your therapy. Breathing is a pretty important thing - breathing clean air is pretty important too.

Answer:	Yes you can. The purple strip allows you to scrub the floor but doesn’t scratch it. Once dry, pads don’t leave streaks.
Question:	How do I figure out when it's time to replace for a new pad, or it's supposed to change a new pad after every clean
Answer:	I change it after every pass. I figured that I could probably figure it out pretty easily, and determine when it was dirty enough to remove and throw away, but now when I go from one of the room the other, I just have stacks of pads on both sides, positioned at every other row/pass of cleaning, and I replace the pad. I never see any dirt, so that's telling me that the cleaner is working.

Answer:	The only difference seems to be that the Pet refills seem to have Febreeze freshener. We have a cat. We love the Heavy Duty refills. They are Unscented.

Answer:	I love them and dont use the old ones anymore! They for me seem to pick up everything, and it holds to the pad until you throw it out! I use them in Bathroom, Kitchen, Front door area, Laundry room. All rooms it picks everything up from dust, lint, dirt, leaves from plants. I even sometimes tilt the pad diagonal and sweep across the floor and crown molding and it cleans both! But I do see dirt and dust of all types in the middle area, hairs as well!

Answer:	Yes, it works really well to clean off oil and grease from inside your ovens and other surfaces. It still requires "elbow grease" to scrub (as Trudi mentioned). However, once it's done, you will notice a big difference between before and after. To test Bio-mex, I have used it personally to clean practically all surfaces in my kitchen: toaster/convection oven, built-in oven, stainless steel sink, stainless steel cooktop, stainless steel venthood and grates, stainless and aluminum pots and pans, quartz counter top, tea/coffee stained glassware, plastic ware, and more. Experiment with it and vary the amount of Bio-mex you use depending on how dirty a surface is. For example, swipe more Bio-mex on to the sponge if the surface is very dirty. Answer:	I have not used it for that...the blades are quite sharp...I am guessing that it will chop your dog food...the chopping well is fairly small...it may only do 1 meal at a time (depending on the size & appetite of your dog).

Question:	How do i get the pads to stay on the wet jet
Answer:	As long as you clean up spills and sticky areas before mopping, I have no issues with a sticky residue. Just don't over spray the floor AND change out your pads when they are dirty. If you just keep using the same pad (to save money) you are moving the dirt and now wet grime all over the floor. I also suggest you still use a string mop every couple months, or as often as you feel necessay, to be sure you aren't leaving a build up. I love this for quick cleaning, without the extra time and mess of a standard mop and bucket.
Question:	Do these refill pads have a scrubbing strip? I'm looking for the original refills with no strip
