Question:	Does this product work as described
Answer:	It works just as described-I love mine. Use to foot pedal to wring the mop as damp or dry as you want. Pull the mop head off and put in washer (I use bleach) and it comes out like new. I've had mine for at least 6 months, my mom (80 plus years old) got one as well and she loves hers--no more stooping over the mop bucket wringing out dirty water.
Question:	Just looking it the mop seems like it is only good for dusting and light dirt, can it scrub harder areas if needed
Answer:	I have 6 dogs including 4 mastiffs which are all over 209 lb and all live indoors! This mop is awesome! They trudge mud and dirt all over and I mop constantly and hard. It has held up great. I mop every day, several times a day and additional times for spills, puke and accidents. I also use it on my walls for mud smears from the dogs and mastiff slobber. I do have to replace the bucket part after a year as the ringer pedal has gotten wore out and is not working well anymore but for 30 bucks...no problem!
Question:	Does the wringing side of the pail have clean water in it or is it just for spinning out the mop that's been dipped into the dirty water
Answer:	There is only one pail. It is not divided into sides. Works just like any other mop bucket.

Answer:	Just like any damp or wet material or mop, it will only pick up things like hairs (and particles) when it's moved across the floor/counter/etc in one direction, then *stopped* and picked up. At that point the damp thing could be rinsed off and the hair would come with it (or picked off from things like sponge mops). If instead the damp item is just rubbed back and forth along the surface, some hair/particles will cling but some will be redeposited on the floor. Answer:	Does Ideal on tile and porcelain. Used it on kitchen/bath floors and around tub and sink. I also got this - Fugenial "Fuginator" Tile joint brush for use in the bathroom, kitchen and the rest of the household - Effectively cleans tile joints and removes superficial mold - Blue (universal cleaning). Even stiffer than the other one for really bad stuff. That second one is arm powered only, but has done me great, especially for outside tiled areas.

Answer:	I think that the sponge part is more sturdy than the typical "bright yellow" sponges that come with alot of the spongs mops. I have used mine to clean granite tile shower floor and although I have only had the mop a few weeks the sponge is holding up just fine. Being that said, even though it is more dense and firm than typical drug store sponge mops, it is a sponge and it is porous so eventually it may wear out.

Answer:	This count-down timer switch is rated to control a maximum of 20 amps in resistive/inductive load. An electric ceiling heater is typically a resistance-type heater; so long as your Broan model is rated at 20 amps or less, the timer should work fine.
Question:	How long is the handle? I have a spray mop but have to lean over to use it, very uncomfortable, and I'm not tall
Answer:	As John stated, this controller uses an electro-mechanical relay which is your best bet to control a light load. The contacts aren't likely to be gold plated, so you may run into long-term switching reliability, but contact wiping and higher voltage driving your load should overcome this type of issue. I have used a lot of these for light loads at 120 VAC (23 watts) and never had a relay buzz issue (for what it's worth). I think you'll be fine... actually, you don't have too many choices without building your own or modifying the product.
