Answer:	Sorry, I don't know about heat, I've only used it for ice, which works well.

Answer:	Hi Abby, yes they do sweat. I use boxes to contain my food so its not an issue.I use only 1 piece of the ice pack. Stays frozen/partially frozen for about 2 hours in my neoprene lunch bag. After that its cool for another 1 to 2 hours. Maybe a foil lined bag might work better.I use it to carry lunch and breakfast to my work place. Keeps it cool enough until lunch. My frozen cooked vegetables and meat sometimes still have little ice crystals in them at lunch. This is about 4.5 hours after I pack it straight from freezer. My frozen vegetables are packed in a 70ml container. The meat in 100ml container. Hope this helps. I stay in the tropics. Daily temperatures ranging from 28-31 degree celsius after the sun is up. My lunch is out for about 1.5 hours before I reach office.Hope this helps!

Answer:	They're all flat and most people can lay on them just fine - if too cold, just take a hand towel, run it in hot water, and then put it over the pack before laying on it - allows you to "ease" into the cold. Also, try strengthening your multifidus muscles for your back pain - see Jim Johnson's stenosis book.

Answer:	I have used these for years The reason they say don’t lay on it is more than likely the fact that the pressure forces more cold to the skin. I usually put mine in a pillowcase and wrap the e tea length of the pillowcase around the cold pack or place it inside a folded towel. I have never had problems. This is the way they used them for me in PT.

Answer:	I've had these large, medium & cervical cold packs since 2013. Kept in the freezer & use frequently for multiple shoulder, lumbar & neck pain & subsequent surgeries. They are all currently like new 6/19. They have kept me out of the ER for break through pain issues many times. My PTs all endorse & recommend these. Obviously, I do too!

Answer:	This lid is exactly 12" at the base part that would rest on your cake stand. If your stand is 12 inches or wider, then this will rest on top of it. The inside diameter is 11-3/8", so if your stand is smaller than that, then you can put the lid on the counter around the stand instead of resting on top of it, as long as your cake plus stand is not taller than 5-1/4", which is the inside height of this lid. Question:	Can you lay on these ice packs when icing your back
Answer:	I weigh 2228 and I lay on them with no problem. I did have one of the blue "pints of cold" burst, but that was after five years of use. The manufacturer replaced it with no questions asked. Just keep the box! The pack can come out of the freezer quite hard, but give it 15 minutes, and will start flexing nicely .
Question:	Are these packs made in such a way that you could cut them in half to make two smaller packs? Thanks
Answer:	Thank you for your question! CryoMAX is not designed to be cut or separated- doing so will greatly reduce its structural integrity and ability to retain cold. We offer a small 6" by 6" size, which you can find at the top of this product page under "Sizes".
Question:	can you mold these around your toes
Answer:	CryoMAX is not designed to mold around toes- however, it is possible to place the bottom of your foot on top of your CryoMAX and fold the pack to cover the top of your foot. Alternatively, our 2-pack of small size CryoMAX cold packs would work well for this- one pack can be placed under the foot and the other above. You can find the 2 pack at the top of this product page under "Sizes".
Question:	Has anyone used this for Coolsculpting
Answer:	I just bought them for that purpose after trying a few other ways to strap ice to myself. Unless you have a vest I don't recommend the big ice sheets, they melt in a half hour anyways. I am very pleased with this product because it is the right size and straps around so I can wear it on my back, stomach, legs. And still walk around. I"m about to write a review detailing exactly how I'm using them to try and burn fat off.
