User questions & answers

Question: can you set this up for a table router
Answer: My short answer would be yes. I'm not sure whether there are commercially available tables for it, though. You may have to build one yourself.
Question: What is the set of drill bits should I buy for this tool. I bought the MLCS 8377 15-Piece Router Bit Set with Carbide-Tipped 1/2-Inch Shanks and are n
Answer: This is a 1/4" collet router. If you want to use 3/8" (new to me) or 1/2" get a 1/2" router. I've used routers for 45 years. Own a 1/4" and two 1/2" Here's a quick guide: 1/4" router is the most widely useful, can be held in one hand for quick work, your arm doesn't get tired as fast as with a larger router. This one is good for hinge guides and door installs, laminate trimming (laminate trim bits with bearings), round over of the edges of boards or plywood. Makes a neat no slivers edge, get 1/2", 3/4" diameter cove bits (these will make 1/4 and 3/8" from the edge curves) I get these with bearings as well. (If you want less of a curve, use less depth, the curve is not symmetrical--no one will care. This is what I usually grab my 1/4" router for (I've got a Porter Cable 1/4" that's 40 years old. Can't figure out how to take it apart to replace the cord. Rather than a $60 trip to the tool repair I'm thinking of this one, vacuum dust collection is a plus). Shelf dados, usually 1/2 to 3/4" wide, is best done with a more powerful 1/2" router, but you can get by with this with two passes (overlapping) of a 1/2" straight bit. Plunge routing: always use dust collection. Freehand scroll work: 1/8 or 1/4" round bits- I don't do this, others do. If you don't yet have a router, or a specific shop need, get a 1/4". If you think you need one of those $400 router tables: don't. Make your own or buy a jointer. Figuring out how to make a router table will teach you about making jigs (you can make a fence that has finer adjustment than the fanciest most expensive one on the market) Direction of working. There's a correct direction to running a router along the edge of a board. With plywood, pine, fir, spruce, etc.. going the correct way can rip out long splinters. If you first make a very shallow pass in the 'wrong' direction to knock off the edge, then go normal depth in the correct direction, you can avoid this. (I still don't know if I want this router or not. There were 6 opened and reclosed boxes (returns?) at the Home Depot. Why?)
Question: can it be used for wood doors and frames for hinges
Answer: Yes, but it is a much better used as router than a door or frame hinge.
Question: Can I trim my toe nails with it
Answer: I definitely would use a flush trim bit. A round over or rabbiting bit might be too much. IMO

User questions & answers

Question: Dose this drill have a keyed drill chuck and how many amps is this drill
Answer: Not sure. I use mine to pick up small leafs and does a great job. I dont think pine needles will be good. Usually you rake up pine needles. Needles don't have enough area to allow suction to work correctly.
Question: Is this drill reversible? and how does it compare to the dewalt dwe
Answer: Maybe
Question: I would like to know how is this item shipped? i don't have prime and i want to know is it shipped by post, fedex? hope someone can help me out here
Answer: It does not. You might want to check https://servicenet.portercable.com/ for example for the part you need for our FN250B. Thanks.
Question: who makes this drill? China? If so, does that mean its quality is suspect
Answer: This part doesn't come with it. I don't think there is another seal. This part when broke down may look like two parts. Look twice.

User questions & answers

Question: Which one is better the fix spped or the variable speed to bore large holes
Answer: Hi, yes it can grind wet leaves. You may check other details of the unit by visiting our website pyleaudio.com. Type the model number on the search box PSLHTM34 for more details. Thank you.
Question: How much time can i have it working with no problems in the drive motor? 2 h? 4 hours
Answer: If you are asking for a long power cord, No. (and you know it shouldn't, otherwise the tool would have a very bulk cable attached....) The tool itself has a short cord about 2ft long, you definitely need an general power extension cord to make it work. You can choose whatever length that suit your need. Also make sure the wire gauge is capable of delivering 12A.
Question: regarding ds4011 and ds4012, so what situations you use fix speed over variable speed or visa versa
Answer: The replacement bags appear to be available at the worx.com website & currently in stock for $19.57. Here's the link: https://www.worx.com/catalogsearch/result/?q=debris+collection+bag+replacement
Question: Are both handles removable
Answer: Yes, there is a lever that you flip that changes the direction of the air flow. You do not have to remove the bag when changing from vacuum to blower mode. Hope this helps.

Answer: I don't know about consistency of torque setting but this is a great little drill ... no problems.

Question: Dues this include a case? In 'Product Information' it says 'Included components: Case', but in 'Product Description' it says: Case Included No

User questions & answers

Question: Is there a switch to change speeds
Answer: Yes and no. There is no switch to change speeds. However, it is has an infinitely variable speed trigger and tw speed ranges which are changed by reversing the coupler to the chuck. this may seem inconvenient at first but for a drill this size you will usually have it in low range. If you do need to switch to hi range it only takes about 30 seconds. But honestly I've only done it once or twice. I have a 3/8" angle drive that I use for anything needing high speed low torque(bits under 3/4". It's a great drill --smooth and powerful, but as you might have seen in some of the reviews, the case is not so great. Also, some of them leak oil. My first one did and I sent it back for a replacement, which I got two days later and has been great ever since. When you get it check for oil in the case. Hope this helps.
Question: Does it come in a box
Answer: Mine did.
Question: Made in China
Answer: japan I there head quarters are there
Question: Is reverse controlled with the trigger
Answer: There is a reverse switch above the trigger.

User questions & answers

Question: What is the frequency of this hammer 50/60hz
Answer: The D25951K has a weight of 41.300 LBS ( the whole kit). The tool itself weighs 29.3 LBS.
Question: this makita include storage case
Answer: It is a 15 amp motor. To figure out wattage- multiply the amp rating by 120 (in North America). For example, a table or miter saw rated at 15 amps will require around 1800 watts continuous, thus a 2500 watt generator, inverter or transformer would be the absolute minimum, with a larger unit being ideal. Also keep in mind- inverters, generators and transformers have widely differing designs and power quality.
Question: Frequency of the tool I know it's 110v but what is the frequency 50/60hz
Answer: The hammer is 29 pounds. Possibly the 40 pounds is referring to shipping weight.
Question: How much does it cost the shipping and delivery to colombia...?¿.. Bogotá Colombia Latin America. Thnx
Answer: Yes, the D25951K will include a kit box.
