Question:	How does this work with a wire if you want to space the nails/hooks farther apart? The unit looks like it has a fixed length between the 2 holes
Answer:	Hi there. Go Hang It was designed to hang wire hanging pictures up to 50 lbs. For larger pictures, you would use the two outward hooks. For smaller pictures, you can use the one center hook. If there is a particular reason why the spacing needs to be further apart, then Go Hang It won't be the tool for you. You can, however, use the D-Rings on the sides of the frame (that the wire attaches to). Just remove the wire and use the MagneKeys in the D-rings. Position the D-Rings up like they would be when the frame was suspended, then with the MagneKeys inserted, use a little tape to keep the MagneKey and D-Ring in place. Position the picture on the wall where you want it, use the level and PUSH to mark your nail holes.

Answer:	With other case yes, but I don’t know if the company can replace the original case.. when I bought this.. the case came broken.. so they send me another set.. but I had to return the original order completely.. I hope this help..

Question:	I always like to use two hooks per picture for greater stability and straighter hanging. Will this tool allow for that? Video shows one hook

Answer:	I did used 4 of this gadjet to hang 702 framed art work, the smallest was 20x24. If you r hanging separate art work, this tool can easily save more than half of the time. When you r going to hang a group of frames next to each other it is very accurate.After all this is an excellent tool for the price and it make some of my unexperienced helper acting professionals after a few minutes of practicing. The estimate time for the job was around 90 hours and we finished it with around 42 hours and yes because of this gadjet

ALIGN UNIT ABOVE FRAME

• Lay frame face down on table or flat surface
• Place crossbar above frame with measurements facing you
• Bottom of crossbar should be snug to top of frame

HOOK TO THE HARDWARE

• Slide arm up until it hooks to frames hardware
• Tighten the knob to secure the position of unit
• Repeat for the other side then remove the unit from frame

Works with D-Rings, Saw Tooth, & Wire

LEVEL UNIT ON THE WALL

• Flip the tool over so you can see the level
• Place it on the wall where you want to hang your frame
• Holding unit by the bottom of the arms, use level to square the frame
• Once its level, apply pressure to arms to mark the wall (see next slide)

MARK THE WALL & HANG YOUR FRAME!

• Once you mark the wall, remove the unit
• Install the desired hardware at the marked locations
• Hang your frame on the first try! No extra damage, time, or headache!
