Answer:	That’s where I put one and the other in the freezer for immediate use. Works fine.
Question:	If left in the freezer, does it get hard, or will it always stay malleable
Answer:	In my freezer they stay malleable. They stay cold for about a 20 minute application. Then I re-freeze. I have about 6 gel packs I keep in rotation. A Nordic Ice pack (used to ship refrigerated drugs) is rock solid and stays hard about 5 hours. It fits in the larger sleeve and I used that at night. The sleeves are fantastic for strapping around the knee. Two strung together can strap around the torso (following breast surgery). This is a handy product.
Question:	Can these be stored in the freezer
Answer:	Yes, absolutely! And they will freeze solid, so do not apply directly to skin (to avoid freezer-burns): just apply over clothing or wrap in cloth/paper towel/etc.
Question:	Are they flexible when completely frozen, such as wrapping around a knee
Answer:	They CAN wrap around right from the freezer but given a few minutes they can comfortably wrap around. There is natural stiffness to begin with but not impossible.
