Answer:	Not sure if I understand question. I have a different set with no stamps on the side of the different bits (only letters and numbers at the one end of each bit). I place it over the metal plaque (I used it for sheet copper) and tap it with a hammer. Not very pretty but works for me. For more decorative writing, I don't think these tools work well. But it does for me what I expected it to do. For example, you can get a round brass plate for a key chain and then print "Guest" or whatever on it. Hope this helps? -- B

Answer:	I mostly use them on metal, but the few times I've used them on leather came out good if you want it to be real clear looking you might want to go with a bigger size like 8mm

Then rub by hand to work the soap in. Then let the water out of the sink then rinse carefully. Hold the light away from the water and use your other hand to work the soap out. Then let dry on a towel.

Answer:	Mine has a very strong chemical smell. It gave me a sore throat when I used it the day if arrived. I've had it for a few days and the smell is less but definitely still noticable. I can actually still smell it on my arm from when I rested my arm on the mat while working. Other than the smell it is very nice for the price. I'm surprised how much it resembles real leather. I hope the smell will continue to fade with time.

Answer:	I’ve been able to write on a single sheet of paper no issues, but if you have a heavy hand on the page, it’ll puncture the paper. If you write on two or three sheets though, there shouldn’t be any issues even with a heavy hand.
