Question:	what is the size
Answer:	The larger pads we purchased are approximately 10.5 x 21 inches and the larger pads seem to be more reliable than the small pad. We own 3 of the larger size pads and had one of the small pads. We continue to enjoy the three larger pads regularly. The smaller pad no longer works but I also don't know how long I used it and it is out of the warranty period. The larger pads are better for lumbar pain while sitting on the couch or on shoulders. The smaller pad was acceptable for lumbar use but we wouldn't buy that one again because the larger pads are much more comfortable and effective. For lumbar pain I use the pad along with a lumbar support pad on the couch. I also mainly use the large pad on the lowest setting even with clothes on. Sometimes I'll kick it up to medium for a short time. It's rare that I ever use the high setting.
Question:	Is this a 220/240 volts
Answer:	hi Alex, im from Ecuador so we dont need the 220 volts. as soon i got home i cant check. but usually this products only have one or another. maybe you can use it with ans converter.

Answer:	??? Cover on the item I ordered and received was a nice washable poly cotton just as pictured. Not slippery at all. Sounds like they might of sent wrong product or version of product.

Answer:	I use two king size pillow cases, wrap them around pillow and pin two cases together. Works great, and you can take them off to wash when ever you need to. You can also take them to an upholstery shop and have a vinyl cover made that is a permanent cover. That’s what I did for pillow I gave a friend.

Answer:	hi robert - we did not order the 36 x 36 - we ordered the 36 x 54 inches - and we measured them, and the measurements are a true 36 x 54 - so i am assuming that if you needed 36 x 36 - they would be - we are very pleased with these as we have looked for them for a long time. good luck -
Question:	is it soft and pliable
Answer:	It's pliable enough to fold easily for storage, but many times stiffer than a sheet or blanket - not soft at all, not even on the flannel side. It crumples up some when slept on; and if sweating is a problem the flannel side will not absorb much. It will get a little bit more pliable with washing but does not soften. (I place rubber sheeting under the fitted sheet for comfort, sometimes with an additional flannel sheet between, since it is intended as the last ditch effort to protect the mattress from a cat who urinates on the bed infrequently.) Rubber sheeting does work extremely well at protecting bedding, though, even when a liquid sits for a long time; I have not found anything else as protective - with a FLUTD cat, I tried all sorts of mattress protectors that claim to be waterproof before his surgery made him an infrequent bed wetter, and I will not use any other mattress protection. If the sleeper intending to use rubber sheeting does not find it comfortable and will be laundering the sheeting often, maybe try placing a small removable sheet (like a light flannel) over it that can be pulled off and washed with the rubber sheeting.

Question:	How do you clean it
Answer:	I don't clean mine. I use for headaches....fill with ice cubes and wrap with washcloth. I wash the wash cloth every now and then. Open bag as much as I can to air dry inside. Have never had a problem doing this and I generally buy a new one every year eventually i end up ripping bag at neck by trying to jam in ice cubes that are stuck together.

Answer:	I've used this as a hot water bottle, as well as an ice bag, for years without any issue.
Question:	around the opening of this rubber ice pack does it have a rubber seal around the opening thereby preventing it from leaking
Answer:	I use my ice bag on my head with about 16 ice cubes almost every day. It leaks every now and then after all cubes melt when i reposition it on my head but I have also often found it upside down on the floor in the morning with no leakage. I usually squeeze out water as cubes melt and add more ice. I wouldn't buy any other ice bag. I do suggest you wrap a washcloth around it tho ... to absorb ice sweat.

Question:	Is the beeping loud? I don't want it to disturb my boyfriend's sleep since this will be a daily thing
Answer:	I think it is very loud and I am constantly trying to cover the sound with my blankets. My husband wakes up every time if I don't. I wish I would've spent a few more dollars and gotten a vibrating one.
Question:	When i take the temperatur back to back for 3 times, it gives me a increased reading from the previous one. Is it dysfunctional
Answer:	Vishal - the most accurate reading is the first one. After that, the thermometer itself starts to warm up and that can skew the reading. If you need to take your reading multiple times, you should have multiple thermometers.
Question:	Does this beep continuously while taking your temperature
Answer:	No mine does not, however I ordered this product and received a different thermometer. The one I recieved takes forever to take your temperature.
Question:	When i turn this on, i see the last temp i took, and then another temp (not my 2nd to last reading). what is this other reading? it says 97.7 always
Answer:	Mine does this as well, I think it just is a low default before saying "low"
