Answer:	No, not this style. This is a mini rice bag so the rice does not move around too much. We do sell two types of rice bags that have compartments: Microwavable Heating Pad with Washable Bags and Microwavable Heating Pad. Both are made by Home Comfort. Answer:	I just place the bag directly on the microwave's glass plate, usually for about 1 minute and 45 seconds up to 2 minutes. I have an 1100 watt microwave, and at 2 minutes the bag is pretty hot. You don't need to spray any water on it first, it will be moist once it has been heated.
