Answer:	The best icepack for post partum care is a child's diaper packed with ice. It's genius. Buy any old diapers, preferably for a larger toddler or small kid. Cut off the 4 elastic pieces that Velcro together so you basically have a giant pad. Then open the back of the diaper like a bag of chips. You'll see the fluffy pad, make sure to push the padding to the inside of the diaper to it can be absorbent, leaving the ice next to the outer shell of the diaper. You can staple or tape the back closed. Crushed ice is most comfortable, and you'll need to experiment with the amount of ice that is right for you. I would make 10 of these up at a time and stick them in the freezer. Best. Things. Ever.

Answer:	Robert, you will need about 7.5in of flat surface (or at least room) to mount the bracket. This is about the height of the license plate is the area where it will fold down and back to. The hole spacing is probably less, so as long as you have some overhang room in the back, I suppose that you could go with less. The bracket will protrude out about 1.5in so the plate can fold up. The 7.5in area should be parallel to the ground so when your license plate is in the upright position, it is perpendicular to the ground and parallel to the front of your car. Mine sloped slightly, so the net impact was that my plate slopes slightly back to the car. It works out okay since my front grill also is sloped and it parallels that. I took a quick look at some Mazda 3 pictures on the web and it looks like there are a couple areas where this might work. You just need to identify a sufficient mounting surface. The hardware that came with the kit was excellent, and I had mine installed in about 10 minutes. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I loved the moisture wrap lotion and used it for years. So disappointed they have discontinued it. This is thicker; I don't really like the feel of it as much as the moisture wrap but do generally like the Neutrogena products so I have stuck with it.
